Be aware - when you make a reservation and purchase a seat, there is no guarantee you will actually be afforded seat. The last time I traveled, there was no space on my assigned bus, and had to wait for another one. That is not acceptable.

The workers are nice friendly went to buy tickets for bus trip in june to Cape may. Got them really nice workers
