I never write reviews, but I had to write a review about this store. To start, I called yesterday and she was rude over the phone, so the was number 1. Then she said I could come for an appointment at 12: 30 today. So reluctantly, I came and invited one of my friends. We both drove separately each from almost an hour away. We get there on time and walk in the store where she’s nowhere to be found. I say “hello”, and she pops up from the back of the store and looks at us with a quizzical look. I tell her “we have an appointment at 12: 30” to which she says “no you don’t”. I look at her confused and then she says ”oh yeah I told you I would be with a bride” (no, she did not!) and then she looks at me up and down and says “I don’t have anything that would fit you anyways! ” “our sizes start at 10” I didn’t see anything on the website nor did she say anything about being a plus size dress shop on the phone. But seeing as though we already drove this far, I ask her if we could look at gowns. She gives a dirty look and says “be careful don’t mess with the plastic and I’m not gonna be upfront anyways” so me and my friend look at a couple gowns and I just want to get leave because I could tell we’re not wanted. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I drove all that way. I don’t even know how she still in business. Please take it for me. Do not shop here!
