Massage Envy, Springfield PA

Massage was ok, they do not run on time. The owner is pushy and rude. She will literally force you into a contract, tell you that she “will personally follow up with you in 3 days” and then “you can make your final decision for the contract. ” Problem is she doesn’t follow through so when you call they tell you, you can’t rescind and are stuck in a contract. Horrendous.

I have been a member for years and always got my massages done by Dawn or Nick. I always left stress free and relaxed. I never realized how many services they actually have. I decided to try something new. Did a stretch with Nick this week and it helped my lower back pain and felt amazing. Today, I decided to try a facial with Adrienne. Never had one done before and figured I would try it out. OMG! What have I been missing? If you never did this, book immediately. I was blown away with her professionalism and how she educated me about different options. Adrienne was amazing, I even booked another one in two weeks.

My experience at massage envy Springfield has been nothing less than amazing. The service from front desk to the room is grade A Mellisa and my therapist AJ makes me feel like I’m family and not just a number or client. One experience I will never forget was because of my work schedule I was unable to come in and it was hard to get an appointment but Mellissa who is the manager mentioned me to AJ and he accommodated my schedule on his day off now that shows people who really care. I can go on but I think I said enough. I am truly grateful

I am licensed massage therapist who works at Massage Envy and I can say that I really enjoy working here. I love my co-workers and I love what I do and those two things makes it easy for me to come to work each day. Also Nicholas, Brandi, and Adrienne are my favorite providers. They take care of me so well. As client and as an employee I am very happy.

Melissa was extremely professional and helpful in managing my account. She quickly resolved an issue that I had previously tried resolving at other locations. The massages were also great and I look forward to coming back in the future.

My husband and I visited this location for the first time last weekend and we were extremely impressed. Marie, at the front desk was helpful and answered all of our questions. I got a massage from Nick and left feeling like a new person! I liked that he was thorough with his pre-massage questions, so he had a better idea of how to tailor the massage. I appreciated that he checked in multiple times during the massage to make sure the pressure was okay. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I look forward to coming back soon!

I had a massage by Erica! Can I say "AMAZING" would be an understatement. My overall experience was warm& friendly! Bought into an ongoing package to receive benefits of self care! A huge thank you for such thoughtfulness from staff!

This place is the BEST! Professional staff at the front desk and the massage therapists are sooooo good. I even got a “Back Facial” (just like a regular facial but on your back) and it’s turning into one of my faves! I highly recommend Massage Envy of Springfield, PA.

Great front staff greets you. I have seen multiple therapists here and they all are great in different ways. Highly recommend.

First I will say the manager there is absolutely great! She helped me find two great service providers based on my needs. My aesthetician Chrissy was so knowledgeable and gave me a great brightening facial. Letting me know the products that were being used on my face and why. Today I met AJ WOW! I have gotten many massages but he blew every person out of the water. He knew every spot that needed to be worked on based on my profession. Before I left I scheduled a 90 minute with him and can’t wait for it. Thank you to everyone there. I will be counting down til my next massage.

My daughter & I went to massage envy as a treat for my birthday, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly & kind. The rooms were clean & comforting. My therapist, Adam, was awesome. I was treated like a Queen from the moment I stepped in the door. I can not wait to return! Thank you!

As I am reading some other people’s reviews I was wondering if we went to the same place! I think some people just like to complain. Let me just tell you that I received a gift card to massage envy in November 2019- and I have been back once a month ever since (besides when they were closed due to covid) and I plan to return once a month as long as my budget allows for it. Nick is hands down the best masseuse I have ever had. The ladies at the front desk are so nice and very accommodating. I have never had a bad experience at massage envy Springfield. I also tell everyone I know how wonderful Nick is! I highly recommend!

I highly recommended you read the fine print before signing up for a Membership. Make sure you get all the details prior to canceling your membership. This is like an old school gym membership, noting expires unless you submit a cancellation form within a specific time frame? Who Does business like this in the 21st Century?
Very disappointed in their service. I would not recommend Massage Envy.

Not enough people working. I tried to make an appointment. Nothing is ever available. I guess my prepaid service is worthless.

I paid for an hour massage and my session was over in 45 minutes. I understand that they account for time to get dressed before and after, but that doesn’t take more than five minutes total. A bit disappointed.

Nice relaxing atmosphere, very friendly staff, Adrienne was my esthetician. She was great! Very pleasant with very skilled hands. I will definitely be going there again in the near future.
