Massage Envy, Collegeville PA

I don't normally complain, but the "massage" I received from Lus/Luvs was the first time I looked forward to one being over. I basically just had moisturizer spread on me, with rubber gloves. No pressure at all. I suggested she could use more pressure, no change. I talked the front desk and was told she wore those because she had open wounds on her hands I was also told that they couldn't do anything about the "massage" I already paid for. A little sorry I pre-paid for two more. Live and learn. Shelly was awesome but no longer works there.

UPDATE: Corporate contacted me about this. They added a half hour to one of my future 1 hour appointments.

Good massage therapists are leaving and they are being replaced with newbies. This place needs some serious quality control.

The customer service is definitely lacking - I didn’t feel very welcome. The massage was pretty good though!

Great place good people but they never seem to have enough staff it is hard to get an appointment for a massage when needed

I had a terrible pain in one of my teeth I called my dentist and the dentist said to come in in an hour. I had to cancel massage. AND THEN I WAS CHARGED 50 DOLLARS FOR MISSING MY APPOINTMENT
It was an e.ergency. I have never missed an appointment. Now I just received a call telling me someone overbooked my appointment on Feb 8
This us not the first time my appointment was over booked.please get your act together or I won't be back

Inga is the greatest.she has helped me so much with my shoulder pain.the pain is just about gone.thank you Inga!

After getting facials for a long time, I just did the dermabrasion for the first time. Yelena is knowledgeable, explains what she's doing well, and always does a wonderful job.

Yelena is so knowledgeable about skin care and the products she uses from Massage Envy. I appreciate her wonderful facials and excellent tips!

Luz is awesome! She gives wonderful relaxing massages and equally wonderful facials. Strongly recommend a visit!

Henry is amazing! I don’t even have to tell him where my back is bothering me and he always finds it. I’ve made it a point to see him regularly.

I have been a Massage Envy member for 10 years and Luz is the absolute best! I am so grateful to have finally found her! I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed every time. She is also so warm and friendly, I always look forward to seeing her. Highly recommend for massage and facial!

Jen was wonderful. I added on the cupping to my massage and it made such a difference to my shoulders.

Tiffany did a great job…. The Collegeville location is great! So happy to have the team there with the Wayne location closed with no warning. They are LIFE SAVERS for a guy with a back like mine.

Elena was my massage therapist and she was great! She was incredibly kind and willing to listen. The front of house receptionist was great as well. She managed multiple customers in an effective time and was friendly during the rush.

Jess is delightful and comfortable to be with. She is skilled and was able to adapt to where I needed medium or firm pressure.

Luz is very thorough in finding the tension spots and using her training and skill to work out the knots of tension in my neck, shoulders and lower back. She is thorough in giving attention to my legs and arms. I feel relaxed and taller after my session. She is a pleasant and caring person.
