Best massage I ever had. She hit problem spots I didn’t even know about. The membership is definitely worth it. It’s a must have. Ask for Kendra she is the BEST!

Kendra is AMAZING! She is so kind and makes you feel so comfortable being there. Also the massage quality is one of the best I’ve ever had! She really listens to your wants and problem areas and takes the time to really focus on those areas. I will continue to get massages from Kendra as long as I can!

Kendra is a wonderful therapist. She is professional and great at communicating with her clients. I will continue to schedule with her. I felt so relaxed after the massage, I could have taken a nap! She is excellent.

Wish I could give zero stars. They've been stealing money from my sister for a year and giving her the run around because one of their employees failed to enter information correctly, which they've acknowledged but will do nothing about. The manager refuses to see or talk to us. Calling the BBB next.

I had a wonderful facial recently. It was very relaxing and much needed after a few stressful months. The bed is heated which makes it incredibly comfortable and soothing! My skin felt amazing afterwards. Would highly recommend!

Massage Envy makes sure you see the fine print, that you'll never get your full hour or 90-minute massage or facial. Why? Because they refuse to use staggered scheduling, meaning the customer before you will run into your time, and you'll run over into the next client's. What a wonderful business model.

Went for a deep tissue massage to help reduce knots. I was told Pak would be great. Not the case at all. He wasn't worth the full price I had to pay. He seemed as if he didn't want to touch my back. I asked for my legs and feet not to be touch and he did anyway. Halfway through I told him to forget it. Worse massage EVER!

The massages were mediocre, but when I called to cancel, they kept charging me for two months. Only managers can cancel accounts, and I have never reached a manager calling the office. I was told twice that a manager would call me back, and it never happened. The customer service is extremely poor.

Loved it. Was a graduation gift from my cousin and was much needed. Wish I would have had a longer message. Will be trying this place again

Scam Scam Scam. Do not go here.
They sell you a contract that sounds great but they have no availability so you will never get the massages you anticipated. Their customer service is terrible. Multiple staff claim to be the manager but none are able to help. The franchise owner is yet to call me back despite multiple promises. If you like being abused, lied to, and deceived, this is the place for you. If you want a good massage, go elsewhere.

I've been contemplating posting this but after my third bruise surfaced today, I figured I'm not overreacting. I've had several deep tissue massages in my time and never had bruising. I asked the technician for less pressure. He seemed rather inexperienced and overall it was a very awkward experience. The facilities are nice but that doesn't make up for inexperienced or inadequate technicians.

I read a few of the reviews on here and decided to give my personal opinion. I've been coming to this location for the past 2 years. Everyone in the front desk that I have interacted with have been nothing but nice and helpful. I have met the actual manager and she is very nice and professional woman. The reason for the four stars is that you have to be careful which massage therapist you get. Tell the front staff what your needs are and they will find someone to fit your needs. The massage therapist I see is so amazing! She has helped me with the tension of my muscles so much! The problem is that when you find someone good they are hard to get an appointment with. I've had to schedule every month for the whole year in advance to stay with the same therapist. I hope this was helpful!

Nice staff. Great massages. Seems like there's a large turnover though, so it's hard to get and keep a regular masseuse. Call far in advance as appointments go fast especially for the more popular times.

Not quite sure I understand the negative reviews posted here, I had a wonderful experience. My therapist was amazing. I went for a deep massage which totally did the trick. Had no problems scheduling a follow-up appointment. Everyone was friendly and professional. The place is clean and relaxing. I highly recommend!

This is the worst customer service ever. The woman at the reception desk has no interest in being helpful and is terribly rude. There does not seem to be a manager running the place. And they need to work on cleanliness.
