I have been training at Master Colemans Lion Force Martial arts for about 8 years, and I absolutely love it. I have learned so much from the school's 2 excellent instructors. They have taught me so much more than martial arts. I have learned so many life lessons and had so much fun while doing so. I have made a bunch of friends. Master Coleman and Mrs. Krusi are definitely the nicest and best teachers I have ever had. It is an excellent school.

We've been at Lion Force for well over 2 years now and it has become a family affair. Such a great experience so far and can't say enough about Master Coleman and Mrs. Krusi! We just had a birthday party there and it was a blast! They are so good with the kids! Nothing but good things to say all around.

Master Coleman's Lion Force Martial Arts is a great Martial Arts gym/school for both children and adults. Great with the kids teaching them focus, confidence and discipline while being very encouraging. Great workout for the adult classes as well! Highly recommend

If I could, I would give Master Coleman's 10 Stars. Everything about it I love. From Master Coleman, Mrs. Krusi, the other martial artists, who I should call friends, the atmosphere, I could go on! I started out as a young, shy, kid with little to no discipline, to a confident and respectful Martial Artist. But Master Coleman's goes beyond the Martial Arts Training, witch has helped made me who I am today, challenging me, making me work hard, to get to where I am today. I would trade nothing for it. But like I have previously stated, everything about it is perfect. I have built so many relationships with so many different people that has made me a better person outside of the karate school. I would trade it for nothing. The skills it has gave me, and the life lessons it has taught me are better and more valuable than being "popular" at school, because one is permanent. And that's a fact. I have been doing it for 7 years now, and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. And to the parents reading this, yes, your kids would enjoy the experience 110%! They will learn these valuable skills and lessons that I have learned over the years, and some fantastic Martial Arts Training. Im a 13 year old 8th grader, and I am proud to say that I am a Second Degree Blackbelt, and that I go to Master Coleman's Lion Force Martial Arts.

Sincerely, Sai Jude Upadhyay
