Mastercraft Painting & Finishes

I am continually impressed with the services of Mastercraft Painting and Finishes. The services were exceptional and first rate. Mastercraft service was prompt. Steve Taylor fixed the exterior issues and fully explained what needed to be done. He treated the issue and work like it was his own house and made sure the everything was addressed. He further guaranteed all the work and labor. I will be using Mastercraft Painting and Finishes in the future!

I hired Mastercraft Painting last fall to paint and repair the wood trim on the exterior of my home as well as to paint and repair my front porch; and then again to paint and repair some drywall in the interior this past month. Steve and his team were fantastic. From the initial evaluation, to the repair and painting, to the cleanup and payment, it was a smooth and hassle free experience. Steve was responsive to any questions I had, and he kept me informed all along the way. The finished product is fantastic. I am so happy that I hired him. He was even super friendly to my cat and was careful to not let her escape as they went in and out of the house. (Cat-friendly is always a plus in my book and speaks highly of his character.) I highly recommend Steve and Mastercraft Painting & Finishing.

We hired Mastercraft Painting & Finishes this past year to paint the exterior of our home in Wyndmoor, PA. Steve Taylor and his crew did a tremendous job and we are very happy. The house looks amazing and we get a lot of complements. Steve was fantastic. He is very responsive and always kept me updated. He started when he said they would and finished on schedule. His crew were very polite and cleaned up and stored their equipment every night. It is clear to me that Steve and all the folks at Mastercraft Painting & Finishes take pride in their work and a job well done. I highly recommend!

Steve was great to work with. A straight shooter. High quality workmanship; on time and on budget. Painted my garage a couple of years ago and my entire house last year. Steve's team are top notch professionals. I plan to invite them back in the future for additional work. See attached photo of my painted house

The plus-side is that they did a lot of work in a little bit of time - drywall, paint, and trim. However, there were portions of my house that had very poor-quality paint and dry walling. I tried to contact Steve to have touch-ups done several times. He said he would come, but never came back to do touch-ups. Steve was difficult to reach and deal with. I had to jump through hoops to have him come back and finish painting my kitchen several months later, in which the work was in the original quote. When he painted my house initially, our kitchen was not yet done, and he said he would come back to finish painting after I hung my cabinets. The overall price was a little steep as well. I would not recommend using Mastercraft Painting.
