Made 10+ calls through out the day I just wanted to ask a question, someone answered the phone and quickly hang up on me, if they could not talk to me they should have said so because that person had the time to pick up the phone might as well said hello can you please call later or can you please call tomorrow, next time I’m there the manager will hear me because I would like very much to know why they don’t teach phone manners to their employees

This place is absolutely ridiculous! Instead of advocating for babies they want you to change their formula my sense formula is changed eight times. He's now on a hypoallergenic formula and they want to change his formula again. You would think if you're needing a specific formula and they don't have it you would be able to grab the store brand. Nope. You have to go to your doctor to then give a specific name and then they have to change everything in your account to add this new formula to then go to the store and they don't have it. They don't advocate for babies They just want to do their job and go home.

Not only did they "accidentally" not give me milk on my card in December, but this month they "accidentally" forgot to add the money for fruit and veggies EVEN THOUGH the print out they gave me says it's in there. To make everything even better they scheduled me at 8: 30 today and they don't even open until 9. Is this a joke?

Terrible since the pandemic you have to recurve a call before your wic appointment to receive benefits for child and they state they call me but never do I’m not even left a phone number my appointment was rescheduled twice and I’ve been trying to reach wic all week and nothing please do better

Mean old lady at the desk gave me the wrong appointment day and then i showed up and she wouldnt take me.it was their fault and she still turned me away.she was nasty too

Every time i come here the lady at the front desk is always rude. I dont even get to finish a sentence without her cutting me off and giving attitude for no reason. If you are unhappy with your job, go find another one!

If I could give this place Zero Stars I would. No one ever answers the phone, AND to top it off! They just up and moved their office from Carey Ave WITHOUT so much as a notice to those of us with appointments. They do not go by appointment times while you're waiting. Its whoever came in first. Every Single time I've tried to call WIC, I get a woman who is NASTY AND RUDE! They should hire people who are going to be compassionate and nice.
