We recently bought and sold a home with David. To say he is amazing is an understatement. David is patient, responsive, and knowledgeable. While buying in a crazy and competitive market, there were times we thought about giving up on what we really wanted. David was always there to give us a pep talk, ensuring we kept our goals in mind. In the end, we found our dream home and sold our home within a weekend just after that. He even made sure our entire family was relaxed and comfortable when our home hit the market. David is an excellent negotiator, his relationships with other agents are an absolute asset you won't find with many others, and he is a good-hearted person to top it off. Working with Anna was also a dream. She never hesitated to show us a home and give her honest opinion on properties. She was also extremely patient with our young daughters who often came along with us to showings. They love Ms. Anna! Sara and Rachel rounded out the MFT for us and made the entire buying a selling process a breeze!

Wow! Deneen and the rest of the Matt Fetick team made our home sale a breeze. We live several hours away from the estate property we were selling, but Deneen made sure every detail was taken care of. She and her teammates (go, Christina, Kelsey, and Maria!) communicated perfectly what to expect at every step, from listing to closing, and saved us a lot of headaches.

What a wonderful team! We worked with Deneen Heffernan. She was (still is) absolutely awesome! Deneen contacted my wife over a year ago to see if we wanted to sell our home & purchase a new one.
