Phenomenal Italian hoagie but entirely too small for what you pay for. Love the seeded roll.

I work near by and I went to try it out for lunch it was very quick for how many orders and people were there at a busy time and also very friendly staff. I had the meatball hoagie and it was fantastic definitely recommend and I will be back for sure

Didn’t get a chance to taste the sandwich I ordered because it was wrong (receipt was correct, order was not?). And I had to ask for the other item I ordered. Seems like disorganized customer service.

I’m not from the area and used this spot to cater lunch for almost 20 people for a business meeting. It’s the most delicious spot for sandwiches in the area so everyone was stoked! Marie was also very kind on the phone helping me arrange the large order for delivery. I will order again when I visit this client’s office again!

Fantastic sandwiches! We got the Testarossa roast pork, and the Waldorf chicken salad, both were absolutely excellent. The spicy pepper in the testarossa had some serious heat. The fillings were super tasty and fresh; the standout is the bread though. Phenomenal hoagie rolls: just crispy on the outside, pillowy soft inside, sesame crusted.

Staff have the classic Philly "no-nonsense" attitude and pump out some amazing eats!

Went here while in Philly for work. Incredible sandwich shop, the food was amazing and reasonably priced.

My co-workers and I visited Matt & Marie's for the first time today. We were excited to try a new spot near our job, but, unfortunately, it was not a great experience. Instead of being greeted my co-worker was yelled at to go look at the menu outside the door when she attempted to read the menu that was displayed on the wall. We went to place our order and the people behind the counter were rude and it almost felt rushed.

Though the experience was terrible, the food was okay. We will not be returning.

I'm obsessed. I just started working in CC and this is by far the best sandwich ever. I will definitely be back to try more sandwiches! Also, the workers are super kind!

I will consistently give Matt & Marie’s five stars, that is with a caveat. Under no circumstance get the sandwich or salad with the chickpea patty. You’re thinking falafel right, as any respectable person would? WRONG. This is an unseasoned, dry, tastes between cardboard and air, just terrible thing. I’m not sure what they were trying to do here, but they need to fix it.

On a more positive note, the tuna has a fantastic twist (with balsamic!) and their turkey is on point.

We split an Italian Stallion, added Cherry Peppers, and Red Onion.
This sandwich is on point and bursting with flavor. Nice seeded roll, the meats were delish and the aioli was transcendent. We will be back!

Fast service, wonderful staff and an outstanding sandwich! Great quality meats on a perfect roll, lightly toasted to perfection, looking forward to eating here again!

I don't know about best Sandwich in Philly, but its definitely my favorite! Can't go wrong with the Italian Stalion!

One of the best spots of its kind in the area. Service is typically good. Atmosphere and food reminds me of Virginia Beach.

I've never had a bad lunch from here. The staff are incredibly friendly as well. This place also has the best meatball parm you'll ever eat! I really need a frequent flyer card for this place! Also, the specials are to die for! But you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu

Staff is always nice even when they have a full house. The service was helpful and kind. Atmosphere is like a restaurant in Fort Worth I loved.
