Matt Ohlsson is a great realtor who I would highly recommend. We were moving from out of state right at the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis. The first day that real-estate could be visited he was able to get us into the houses on our short list. He kept us constantly updated before the showings about the changing criteria from the state and the paperwork we would need to complete. After we had selected a house, he was able to push the offer through so we could get a quick turn around and a closing date that was perfect for our family. During every step of the process he was extremely attentive and always was contacting us about each step between the offer, and the closing. Documents were easily provided to us electronically, which made the process move quickly and smoothly while we were out of state. Even when the seller’s agent was slow to process paperwork, he was able to put pressure on them and get us the information we wanted as quickly as possible. His knowledge of the real-estate market in the area and his attention to his customers made moving from a different state during a pandemic a much smoother process.
