It's been 3 months since they told me I'd get my bill in the mail. I still haven't gotten one. I do NOT want to do business on line or pay over the phone. I'm ready to go to another company. Still haven't gotten my bill in the mail as Randy promised. Still haven't gotten a hard copy bill.

I get a pretty decent rate and the lady who answers the phone here is always very pleasant and helpful. She has top-notch customer service skills and has never failed to resolve anything I have called about

Great office to work with. They typically find the answer to my questions and they respond quickly. We have been clients for years and have had good experiences overall.
