Jason was very helpful. He did not pressure us at all. He individually gave information about the various mattresses. I felt well informed when I made my decision.

Went to several furniture & mattress companies…looking for a new mattress…did my research prior so I knew what I wanted… just needed to try it out and get best price…. Jen was the best…explained everything.and made sure that I got what I wanted.store was clean. I felt no pressures in buying… I left … did more research… and they were the best… so went back and purchased.

My fiancé and I wanted to take advantage of the Labor Day sale, so we went to Mattress Firm here in town. Jason greeted us as soon as we came in and referred to us by name the whole time we were there. He was great with giving us options after listening to our needs and preferences, and he worked to find us the best deal. At no point did we feel pressured to spend more than we were expecting or get a product we didn’t want. Overall, Jason was awesome and made us feel comfortable throughout the buying experience. We’re looking forward to our new bed being delivered next week!

I was extremely pleased in the service of Jason and Wendy helping me find the right bed frame to replace my old one, which was out of warranty, had broken remote, and the frame company no longer carries parts. They guided me to a very good new frame, a great warranty and something every company needs to do, take your old stuff away.why on earth do we want to keep old metal frames and mattress to store/sell somewhere. Let them recycle all the metal they can. Thank you

Staff was very good about providing sensible information. After an overnight time period I thought of some other alternatives and went back with more questions. Response to my questions resulted in my decision to proceed with the purchase I had initially decided on and staff again was very helpful.

10/10 would recommend Nicholas at mattress firm. We stopped at the place across the street and walked out 5 mins later. So glad we did. We really didn’t know what we were looking for other than a general price range. He helped us figure out our needs and narrowed it down for us. He was patient, friendly, and know knowledgeable on all the products. He also got us a really good deal!
