Ryan provided prompt and friendly service understanding our budget and type of mattress we wanted. All in a half hour, we had our order prosessed and had a delivery date set for two days out. Our order arrived as expected; the delivery guys were great also! So glad we went to our local Mattress Firm in Etown.

My husband and I give this company the highest rating. The initial visit with Peter could not have been better. He was so helpful helping us determine which mattress would be best for us. With multiple health issues it wasn’t easy. He was patient and professional. We had issues and needed to return the first choice. Without being too lengthy, we next dealt with Ryan, who was professional and understanding. He took good care of us as well. John G.remedied the problem today. I dreaded complaining for fear of being difficult, but a mattress is so important; it’s an investment. John diagnosed the problem and assured me that they would make us satisfied and not to feel embarrassed. Amazing customer service! I purchased an adjustable base this past week. The salesman, Stephan was very knowledgeable and worked with me to get the right base in my budget. The delivery was next day, and Angel and the young man with him were kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. The set up was done quickly and professionally. Thank you to all.
Update: On 8/6/23, I returned to purchase a mattress. I again had a great experience with the staff I came in contact with for this purchase at the Elizabethtown store. Marc, the salesman, helped me with my selection. He was knowledgeable, patient and willing to answer all my questions until I decided on the mattress I finally purchased. The day of delivery the experience was also very good. Wilson, and the young man with him, were very kind professional and respectful. Both delivery days the drivers were on time as per the call prior to there upcoming arrival. Overall, 10 out of 10 to all with both purchases!
