I had the pleasure of working with David at this location, and he was a huge blessing in multiple ways. I'd visited another store first and the sales woman was polite but fast talking and aggressive, which is always annoying. David was the exact opposite: calm, knowledgeable, patient, and polite. He took the time to answer all my questions, demonstrate all the products and features I asked about, and gave me great advice on purchasing and the whole process all the way from inquiry through delivery. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with such a stellar salesman and I'd recommend him time and time again for anyone looking to purchase a new mattress. Go see David!

My wife and I walked in the store and were greeted by the sleep expert whose name was Dave. He spent at least 2 1/2 hours with us so we could pick out the mattress that we liked the best. We’re both 76 years old and as far as we’re concerned, Dave was the best salesman we ever did business with! He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We were not planning on purchasing a mattress that day but we figured we’d never get the service we got from Dave anywhere else. I give Mattress Firm and Dave our highest recommendation!

Mattress firm blamed us for the vibration part of motor going out
Another 6 weeks until someone looked at my bed. Then he used our bathroom and did not clean up after himself. Then was told 2 weeks and we would hear. I had to call only ti be told the warranty would not cover. No explanation why. So we asked for refund was told yes, and are still waiting for it.

Service was great. When asked if we needed help we stated we were just looking. David, the salesman, respected that and stood off letting us shop. He made a sale due to not being a pushy salesman.
Lost out on free delivery and $11 pickup fee of old mattress due to picking it up at the store but had to do it due to work schedules.
Very happy with service time will tell about wear and comfort.

Absolutely amazing experience! Husband and I had a horrible experience at Ashley Furniture, we ended up waiting over 3 months for a bed to never show up. So I finally called and canceled our order with them, and on the same day we went to mattress firm. Dave greeted us right away and was so incredibly helpful. He got us in the perfect bed that fit our every need at the price we needed! Not to mention, he was able to get our new bed delivered to us in two days! Seriously best bed buying experience ever! Far better than Ashley ever was! 100% would recommend this store!

The process was flawless so far. I was greeted right away…he listened to my concerns. Showed me mattresses in my price range. I tried a few…settled on one and was in and out in a flash! Delivery should be tomorrow. If that all goes well…the whole experience will deserve 10 stars.

We chose mattress firm for a number of reasons. Our salesman David was amazing and offered suggestions without being pushy or pressuring us to buy. He was very knowledgeable and wanted us to find the very best fit for us and not just sell us the most expensive mattress. We ended up with a modestly priced split king (2 twin xl) because my husband and I like totally different types of mattresses. The prices were very reasonable and the sale going gave us adjustable bases. Win win!

David was very friendly, attentive and great prices:) will be going back and 100% recommend!

Great experience. Had purchased a mattress back here in 2015 when this was a Sleepys. This time around, Dave Dickel was great; He perceived exactly what we needed and was able to get us something great within our budget. Would highly recommend the store being a second time buyer.

Just purchased a new bed frame and mattress thanks to Ryan. This was a very pleasant shopping experience. Ryan was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He didn’t rush or push me into anything. He listened and answered all my questions. He explained the components and features of the newer mattresses. I’ve never experienced all that help when purchasing a mattress before, which was greatly appreciated. If you need a new mattress see Ryan…. You won’t be disappointed. TYVM Ryan!

My husband and I went to this store based on a recommendation from a coworker. Our sales rep, Diana, was very personable and helpful! She showed us various mattresses and helped us through the process to find an upgrade for our current mattress. We ended up purchasing a firm mattress that we really liked! The store was spacious and clean. Would recommend!
