Quick and easy. Todd asked a few questions and showed me the mattress matches. I knew what I wanted beforehand as I did some research before going to the store. After trying several options, I decided what was best for me and my budget. The entire experience was completed in under 30 minutes.

Had a very positive experience here with the help of David. He walked me through the whole process and really worked with me to find the best mattress to suit my needs!

Awful treatment of employees. Work grueling 11 hour shifts in a store by yourself all day long. Talk about a safety issue being all alone in a store all day and walking to your car by yourself at night! Management loves to hit their employees with 7am meetings all the way in King of Prussia on a holiday weekend with already extended hours. 12-14 hour shifts on holiday weekends and no tolerance of requesting off for a holiday. If you are not on management's good side, they will harshly punish you by putting you in the worst performing store in the district so that you can not make the bare minimum draw in commission. Disgusting place to work and I would advise people to not shop their and support how badly they treat their employees!

David was extremely helpful with our warranty replacement. He explained the process and was very informative. He also helped our kids pick out new mattresses. Would definitely recommend and ask for David.
