Salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous. Took his time to explain everything. Made the decision to buy a mattress very easy. Then found out they support our military and offer a discount to vets. The manager at this store was awesome.

Definitely a little different experience from any previous mattress shopping I've done. They used single mattresses like off a bookshelf for my daughter to try. Pulling them in and out onto a bed frame. Very informative staff and not pushy.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Dominick at the York, PA Mattress Firm store. Dom was friendly, very knowledgeable and genuinely committed to helping us to make the right selection for our needs. We enjoyed the experience and will defiantly recommend this store and Dom to our friends.

Store salesman was very polite and knowledgeable however the issue with this company is their delivery we waited around for our delivery only to find out they were at the wrong address 20 minutes away you aren't able to talk to the drivers directly you need to go threw automated lines to get to an operator after an hour of going back and forth they say they can't deliver it that day regardless of it being their mistake so I asked for a refund and will take my business elsewhere it's sad the store is ran so well that the delivery system completely ruins the business

Salesman was very polite and knowledgable about his product. Answered all of my questions without having to refer to product tag. Salesman didn't pressure my wife and I to buy from him and he made it clear he wanted us to be satisfied with our purchase, even if it was from another store. We ended up buying a mattress right then and there and he made sure it was delivered the next day. Would highly recommend this store.

We had a very good experience here. Friendly customer service. And we got our box spring and frame for a fair price! Highly recommend.

Employee was very persistant and rude when I wanted to go home and think about my 2 thousand dollar purchase, after that extended experience I would advise to go somewhere else. Not Friendly at all

Each time I go in there were different people and offering different prices all of which they told me was lowest they could go. I told them I found same mattress somewhere else and it was cheaper and they told me to go there instead. Mattress Warehouse, Boscovs, and Sears all have better prices just mattress warehouse had a twin in stock. I'm tired of shopping around glad that is over:) 02/10/2011

Made my decision very easy and Dan was exceptional! If you need a mattress this is the place to go! Best selection and prices I've seen anywhere!

While I was in they also explained to me about there Foster kids program and the work they do for the local community!

Great customer service. I had Amy help me out and she really helped me find what I was looking for. We did the mattress firmness test to find out what type of mattress I was looking for, then helped me pick out the perfect mattress. Being a college student she knew my budget and helped me get a really good deal. She was wonderful and I would highly recommend buying your mattress here.
