7The worst experience barely any communication and item came messed up never again I’m good off this place I’ll just order from the legit places. I’m sure those ppl with big names won’t get no bad customer service or messed up items.
We have worked with Mattress Queen for a number of years. The chairs we have ordered have been excellent, good solid chairs and great value for money. The delivery was very quick and all staff are courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend Mattress Queen for all of your furniture needs.
Bought a mattress and bed frame from this black own company I my bed frame is uneven he was supposed to have someone come out and fix it never came he set up a time and day they never came I called him he send me to voicemail and txt me someone will be coming out and never come the owner Ali is unprofessional and not the mention the bed or the fame have bed bugs

I purchased my kitchen furniture & living room chair from MQ! I love my items and the delivery was fast & efficient. The items are quality. They carry a range of items for every budget. I opted for the more high end transitional items which are classic. I would purchase from MQ again with no hesitation. The young lady who owns MQ is a pleasure to work with!
Just moved into my new place and needed to purchase some
furniture. Shopped around with no success. Decided to try out Matress Queen which was a perfect decision! The customer service was amazing, beautiful furniture and affordable prices!
Very unprofessional, my delivery was for the afternoon I was waiting until 7pm. The women who answered the phone act like she didn’t want to be bothered. When I called to see what the hold up on my delivery was they stop answering the phone and on top of that I went back to the store to e where my furniture was and they closed early. Never mind the fact their hours of operation said 8pm. Don’t waste your time or money it’s too many furniture stores to choose from.
