Mattress Warehouse of Harleysville

Needed to replace my mattress that I had purchased from a well known furniture store. The mattress was expensive and was only a few years old but it sagged and the springs were bad. I woke up with hip and back pain every morning. I had purchased a mattress for my son from Mattress Warehouse so I went to the store in Harleysville. Gina had had me try the sleep technology bed that generated what type of mattress would be the best fit for my sleeping needs. Gina had me try the different mattresses, not based on price, but based on what would give give me the best quality sleep. She did not rush me or try to sell me an expensive mattress. During our conversation, I mentioned the mattress I had bought for my son a few years ago had a slight dip at the edge of the mattress, she looked it up and said it shouldn't do that, and that if there was something wrong with the mattress they would replace it. She gave me a number for a company they use called Bed Check that came out to look at his mattress, and within a few days I recieved an email that Mattress Warehouse would credit me for replacement of the mattress. Matressess can be expensive, so not only is it a credit to the company, but a credit to the employees that they stand behind their products. Because mattresses can be expensive, if you want peace of mind that you will get the best mattress for a great nights sleep and a guaranty that they stand behind their products, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I did some online shopping and picked out a mattress that I thought would best suit my needs. I got to the showroom and tried it, and it was okay. I spoke with the salesperson Jason and the manager Gina about what I was looking for and they suggested a mattress that was close in price and was exactly what I was looking for. Jason was very quick and helpful in answering my questions, and Gina was great when ringing me up and explaining next steps. Delivery was also great - I was given a three hour window and they were there at exactly the beginning of that window. I absolutely recommend speaking to Jason for anyone looking for a new bed!

Our experience at the Mattress Warehouse of Harleysville has been outstanding! We went there a month ago to get a new mattress for our son and yesterday we went back to get a new mattress for ourselves. We met Alexis, who knows everything about sleep (mattresses, pillows, sleeping cycles, and more). Alexis is not only an expert but she really cares for all of her customers. She takes the time to work with you on your needs and price range that is comfortable for you. Her manager and co-worker are also very nice. It has been a wonderful experience that I highly recommend!

Nothing like finding the perfect pillow with an informed person actually helping you to understand what happens when you close your eyes while you rest. Ask Alexis! She will free you from your sleeping aches. Highly recommend to come by the store!

Just bought a much needed new mattress with the help of the very knowledgeable Alexis! You can't walk in the store and say I want to buy a mattress today and look at the price and say I'll take this one! It takes time to find out exactly what kind of mattress is best for you! Alexis took her time explaining everything I didn't know about buying the RIGHT mattress. She had me try several different mattresses until we found the right one for me! The whole process was very good and she found the right mattress for me and my wallet!

Very helpful. Arrived without having any idea if what we were looking for in a bed. They put us on the evaluation bed and showed us a few different mattresses that would be right for us. Very happy with our choice in the end.

My wife and I went shopping there Saturday in search of what we thought we needed- a Sleep Number. However, with Alexis’ knowledge and help, we have found our wonderful new mattress at this store instead.
