My salesmans name was Phil.
My experience with Phil was so different from my experience with any other salesperson in any store anywhere.
Phil is old school. A true master. An expert. Not an ounce of pressure, just decades of knowledge about everything in the store. He actually listens to you when you try and explain what you're looking for.
Customer service has been steadily getting worse over the years and people like Phil are very rare and definitely appreciated. I'd give him a 300 out of 10.

Sales person Phil is a highly knowledgeable professional.

Went here yesterday for the Labor Day sale. Our salesman Phil was extremely helpful. He is very knowledgeable about mattresses and their construction. He was patient as we tried out many different ones. He let us decide which one we wanted rather than pressure us into anything. Then he gave us a discount on top of the sale price!
