5Poor experience. Wasted $650 on a mattress that isn’t right for our needs due to our salesperson failing to inform us properly or fit us with a mattress that suits our sleep positions. We sleep on our couch instead of the brand new mattress as it causes us horrible back pain. We went to mattress warehouse and they suggested we buy a new mattress and they would give us free shipping. My warning, go somewhere where they will be happy to have your business and properly inform you about the mattress and listen to your needs the first time!

Len is very thorough and knowledgeable. I had a king size mattress that would not fit up the staircase during delivery. Len replaced everything in queen and delivered the next day. Great customer service!
