To be very honest, the fastest and greatest service. My truck was recovered incredibly fast, and the driver was quite competent. This is the business you should use if you need towing!

I honestly have to say the very best and rapid service. I was amaze on how quickly they recovered my truck and driver was very professional. If you need a towed this is the company you can trust!

Wish I could give them zero stars! Please stay away from this company. Called Matt a little after 1pm to replace a power steering hose that bust on my truck. Job was completed at 4: 25pm I was charged $733. Paid and tech left without giving driver an invoice called Matt to get invoice he said he would send. Waited and never received it text Matt to let him know I hadn’t received invoice he then stated that he forgot to charge for hose which would be an additional $170. Invoice stated that we had 4 hours in labor tech didn’t arrive until 2pm according to some of his other reviews his charges start as soon as he dispatches a mechanic no problem but it still wasn’t 4 hours. Trucking is already bad enough without companies like this over charging the small business guy. If at all possible don’t use this company unless you want to be over charged.

Took my rig here because they said they could have it done by Friday. They called 4 hours later and said they couldn’t fix it until next week. I told them that I would come and pick it up. So I drove over and was charged for Four hours labor. After fixing it I still had a bit of a problem. I found a hose with what appears to be a razor slice. Sabotage? That’s what I believe. Now he says he doesn’t know me. Look at the picture, Slice. I won’t waste my time calling you because you are just nasty.

Got my truck towed for reasonable price and got repair at their shop as well. Great people good service. Thank you, Matt.

On our way back from the Jersey shore on a Sunday afternoon in our prior motorhome it went into limp mode. It had a CAT diesel engine.

We were on Rt. 476 and we were able to get to the parking lot at Micro Center. We didn’t want to get it towed so we parked it there and drove home in our towed Jeep.

I called Matt Monday morning and made an appointment to meet him at the motorhome later that afternoon.

He was on time, found the bad sensor, had it with him and replaced it. It took him only about 30 minutes and the cost was reasonable.

We’ve since upgraded to a newer motorhome. The garage we had been using is closing.

I plan on making an appointment with them for the inspection and annual maintenance.

2003 c15, had boost issues for awhile now, last shop had it for 7 months, made me pay for a turbo and still nothing. Took it to Matt’s on a Monday, they had it diagnosed and fix by Thursday.

Came out, diagnosed issue, and repaired very quickly. Slight communication issue, but overall very good especially compared to their competition around the NE US area.

Matt was great to deal with when my rental UHaul broke down. He went out of his way to help me get the loaded truck back to my business in Massachusetts. I highly recommend his business.

If you can find someone else to work on ur truck please do. I was charged $1100.00 to take out 1 stud from my motor. The tech was at my shop for a total of 2 hours. AGAIN $1100.00 FOR ONE STUD REMOVAL. AND 2 HOURS OF WORK INSANE. Tech got to the shop at 9am, left at 10am to get another drill came back at 11am. Even if you say 7am to 12pm thats 5 hours. Thats still not $1100.00. Then finished at 12pm.
If u read the other reviews that were left. Oh wait u can't cause they have them taken off. They will give u a wide range in time. So they can run up the charge. I had the truck a friend's shop and I was working on it and couldn't get out the one stud. I also sent them pictures of the stud so they knew where and what was going on before they even got to the truck. JUST KNOW IF U USE THEM YOU WILL BE CHARGED ALOT. So they can't lie look at the picture i attached I sent them.

Matt's diagnostics is hands down one of the best on call service companies in region. Very fast response time. Great prices. Every technician I had were respectful and knowledgeable! Got me on the road!
