Mauer is a straight shooter that cares about people and wants to keep them healthy. I could not see myself going anywhere else.

I visited Dr. Biscotti for an issue with my left thumb. He checked it and ordered x-rays. He explained that it is probably tendinitis. He always has time to explain everything in simple terms that the average person can understand. I have been his patient for approximately 40 years. He's great!

The staff and Dr Biscotti listened to all my concerns about my health. I would recommend him to anyone. Very pleased

Warm family atmosphere. Individualized attention. Has had doctor for 14 years and even with move in different town, have decided to keep him because he is the best doctor around. He takes his time with you and really cares.

I've been going to dr biscotti for many years. He is a very compassionate dr and always takes his time to listen to all your concerns. He never rushes you out if his office and is always very thorough with you. He runs tests when needed and he will say he would rather be safe than sorry.

Words can not adequately describe the professionalism and down-to-earth approach of Dr. Biscotti in relation to his patient. His bedside manners are second to none!

Dr. Biscotti resolved my issue with one visit. I trust him completely with my health problems.

I do love Dr Biscotti, his staff is okay to deal with; however, what I don't like is now we need to go through a call center when we have an issue. I will not go to an ER for a minor issues. It used to be, when you have a congestion or a UTI you would call your doctor, they might have you go for a quick test but mostly they would prescribe something without you needing to go all the way to the ER where you can spend hours just to get an antibiotic.

Today we called because my mom's mail order (which we're required to use) medication is going to be late. We asked to have a partial called in, something that's be done before. So now this message needs to go from this call center to his staff. The message had some how gotten lost and now, because the office is either actually closed on Wednesdays or they just don't take calls we have to have the Dr.on call get her script called in!

Why add this call center? I really miss the days when being a Doctor was about helping people and allowing the doctor to actually interact with his patients rather then to have them jump through several hoops just to get an automated response. All in the name of profits and greed from the big corporation that makes all the rules.

Dr. Biscotti is always professional and responds quickly to his patients. ALL the thumbs up.

My details they cancelled mine and my husband’s appointment 2 hours before.very unprofessional i will not recommend!
It says they accept new patients in his website so i booked and me n my husband’s appointment and we took off from our job and loose pay for today.the lady at the phone was helpless.

It was very disappointing and unprofessional service from this clinic. Almost 2weeks before we were confirmed for an appointment (we were also confirmed via text msg about our confirmation and appointment time prior reporting to the clinic) and so we took an off today that's on 7th July 22 but as a surprise we get a call from the clinic just 3hours before our appointment saying they aren't accepting new patients and they will provide me with another doctor which I did not wanted. I mean why do they have to do something like this to us we lost our days pay and couldn't schedule any other work for this day.
I'm very unhappy with the service.
I would never recommend anybody to go there. My day was wasted doing nothing.

Excellent doctor, thorough, compassionate, and takes the time to explain everything to you. Have a lot of confidence in him and highly recommend.

Very complete and professional exam by a very competent physician. Her alway makes you feel at ease, like your being treated by a family member.

Scheduled an appointment last week on the commonwealth health portal. Arrived at my appointment and they told me they’re not accepting new patients? Why would your health portal allow me to select new patient then and why did you wait until I got there to notify me? I paid my copay online and they have to speak to a manager to see if they can refund it. So you can’t see me as a patient but you can take my money and ask a manager if you can get it back? Super professional for a Doctors office. Doesn’t matter if I would recommend because they don’t take new patients.

Dr. Biscotti and his Office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Biscotti takes his time to thoroughly evaluate the circumstances of the patient's visit. He is very precise in evaluating it and documenting it. He is always concerened with his patient's welfare and healing.

Dr Boscitti is the best, always take the time to answer at my questions and explains everything. His staff is always kind.

I like Dr. Biscotti, he is thorough and makes you know he really cares about your health. Very friendly.
