I have got to say that I am pleased with Maven Machines and would recommend them to anyone that is an owner operator I will email what I need and get a response pretty quick.

I would like to say thank you MAVEN MACHINES for being so reliable I’ve tasted the waters out here and by far you guys are the best…customer service has always been A+ unlike KT/motive…this time around I’ve been working with Matan and he’s been great if you are trying to get setup he’s the guy you need to talk too

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company hardly answers calls anymore. Eld mileage reports are never in system in a timely manner. I leave messages no return calls. Ready to find a new service at this point. Company name A3K Transportation LLC. Very disappointed in the service now. Other providers have reports out. Maven must think their the only company you can get a eld device from!

Where is the customer service? Been trying to get records for days due to an audit. No one ever answers, no return calls when message left on voicemail. Plus as a customer I should be able to download my own records within the last month without an issue. We will be canceling your services.

We are trying to cancel our service with Maven Machines. They don't answer their phone and never return any our the calls. They keep billing us. Very poor customer service. I don't recommend that anyone use them.

I am a company driverAnd have been forced to use mavenSince October 11th2021. It has not functioned properlyEver. I have talked with Maven supportTeam more than I have talked with my familyAnd nothing has ever been successful. Thank God I know how to fill out a paper log. They had no business going into business.

Customer service is very poor. I had two trucks on e-logs for a very short time and then dropped back to one. The second truck was in an accident and was totaled. I informed them to drop the service and only bill for one however for four months in a row they billed for the two units. It was plain that only one was used. Multiple calls to the company only resulted in dead end. Finally I disputed it with the credit card company and cancelled Maven Machines. Also, it had glitches in the software during my use. I wouldn't recommend it.

I purchased this equipment in March of 2020. The equipment stop working two weeks later. This equipment still hasn’t worked and I was charged for new equipment. Luckily my driver was smart enough to enter the E-log manually daily to stay in compliance.

Find another company.

The customer service related to IFTA mileage tracking is very poor. Very large discrepancy for the miles I ran and what their tracking recorded. After 20 days of waiting for a corrected report I have been told to do it manually myself. Cutting edge software that doesn't work. What a huge disappointment. I had really liked the product and ease of use. Not any longer. It stinks that I have 7 hours into calculating the miles manually and still not done.

I have been with Maven for almost a year now and I am pleased with their customer services and the program Like any electronic devise there have been a few challenges but they have helped and stood behind their product

Sorry excuse for a business. Bought product that had 30 day warranty with a 100% no cost to me refund. I didn't have it for two days and sent it back. Not only was it not a 100% refund, it turns out to be no refund at all. In other words they got hundreds of dollars from me and I have absolutely nothing for my hard earned money. The CEO Avi Geller even refuses to talk to me about this very sketchy, unethical, and no refund practice going on in his company which he is fully aware of in this case. I would not recommend Maven products to anyone, for any reason, at any price, ever because they make it very obvious that if you do business with them and your at all dissatisfied with the product YOU WILL LOSE. The only reason I give this shady place 1 star is because there was not a -5 to choose from but well falls into that category. You will answer for your actions. Enjoy
