Found a nail in my tire and they had it removed within 10 minutes at no charge! Amazing service and very kind staff!

I can’t say enough about how helpful these folks are at Mavis Discount Tire in East York PA have been. Three times in a row I have come to them for advice and potential service and they do everything they can to help me, including telling when a job is beyond their capacity to assist. Of course when I do need a tire repaired, they get me in and out quickly! Or when I do need a potential car purchased checked over, they get me in and out quickly. Just real people here doing a great job in a super fashion. Highly recommend!

Mike and his tech were LIFE SAVERS. I had a 3/8 bolt in my tire- (my tires are brand new, just got 4 brand new tires put on at my dealership less than 1 month ago). I was on my way home from work and called Mavis. Mike picked up and told me to come right on it, even though they closed at 6 and I wasn't getting there until 6: 05pm (because I had to keep stopping to put air in my tire). They had my tire fixed, handed me my keys and had me on my way home by 6: 10. Management is everything and the way Mike handled this situation was angelic. Obviously no one likes the customers that come in right before closing time, let alone after. During this crazy time of year, my experience with Mavis has been a breath of fresh air. My husband and I went to Mavis to get my tire looked at because it had a nail in it. Alex removed the nail for us and didn’t have a us pay for his service. He was super helpful!

I would recommend these guys to anyone who has issues with there tires! My grandson had a flat and we took his tire there and they fix the tire and put the hubcap one the other tire for him and thank you MIKE for not charging us for anything! We where in and out within 15 minutes! Very kind people!

Went to Mavis to get a tire fixed that had a screw lodged in it. Customer service was excellent. They took my car immediately and fixed my tire in record time. When the employee handed me my keys he said there is no cost. I was taking aback by the generosity and kindness. It made my day. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely go back.
