They got the job done as promised and on time, but I left feeling dirty. Like I just made a bad deal with a used car salesman. Here's the full story.

I Got four Michelin Defender LTX tires because they were 'In Stock' and I could get them within my time frame. But as it turned out, they didn't have them in stock at this location, but had a newer v2 version of the tire ($40 more) in their warehouse. When I hesitated, there was suddenly a 'Deal' where I could get $150 off.

They also told me I could get an alignment done with the installation, but when I asked what kind it was, I discovered it was a Toe-Only alignment. A full alignment would have to be scheduled with another shop. I only ended up needing a toe alignment, but once again, I felt misled.

Then I asked about the tire pressure sensor monitors on the valve stems, as my dash indicated a problem with one of them. What I assumed was part of the cost of new tire replacement was now a $40 per tire additional charge. When I hesitated, the salesman offered me another unadvertised discount. (Feeling dirtier)

In the end, I can't say that they overcharged me, or that they did a bad job. The new tires are installed and I really like them. And I fully admit the tire pressure sensor monitors may not have been a standard part of new tire replacement, as I assumed. (It's been many years since I bought new tires) But there were just enough half-truths communicated to me, that I can't give them 5 stars.

I botched a nail repair on my mothers tire, brought it in and got my tire fixed right up. They were nice enough to air up my truck tires also, turned a headache into a blessing!

I would rate them a zero star but that wasn’t an option! I took my car to this place for inspection and an oil change. I knew I needed tires but they also recommended a brake job. Picked up my vehicle later that day and when I was driving home that evening my car almost broke down on the highway several miles from my home. After this I brought my vehicle back several times and they couldn’t fix it but if that wasn’t bad enough, the worst part was that they were not honest in what needed to be done to get it fixed. I was told that they had fixed something when they NEVER did and eventually had to take my vehicle to a dealership for repair. To this day the car is not the same! I will NEVER bring another vehicle to a Mavis Tire shop again, Be warned!

Everyone here was so helpful! There was no wait time and everything ran smoothly. I recommend coming here to get your tires fixed/looked at! I had a nail in my tire and they plugged it for me in no time at all!

We have been using Mavis for 4 years now. The techs are very knowledgeable, the work is done in a timely manner and the price is fair. They service both of our vehicles and I will alway recommend Mavis for reliable service.

I've only had good experiences here. The guys here are up front and honest about everything. Price, wait time, vehicle needs, etc. They don't try to upsell you. They're polite, pleasant, get the job done and send you on your way.

Went in with a tire with a nail in it, lady who waited on me was helpful and was on top of what I needed, had a younger tech take care of the plug was in and out in 20 minutes, very kind and helpful people to deal with had a great experience here!
