Mavis Discount Tire, Dresher PA

I had a wonderful experience at Mavis Tires. The Customer service Representative- Sean was very professional and provided me with "Excellent Customer service/support" I would recommend my friends and family to Mavis Tires in Dresher anytime!

Mavis was a pleasant place to do business with. I was in and out of the place in a little over an hour. Shawn, the manager, assured me that I would be. All of the workers were pleasant and professional. Will be back! Thank you

Great guys, service and organization. Only had contact with the Dresser site, but they tie in nicely with local eateries, so time passes quickly if you wait for rotations or oil changes.

I called for a simple car inspection and was initially pleased when I was told I could come in right away and it would be done in a half hour. I went immediately and waited for an hour with my car untouched. I then said I had to go (it was my lunch break) and asked to schedule another time. They then told me that they would need at least 2 hours and this time (2 o clock) would not work and it would have to be in the morning. Terrible customer service. They did not even apologize. Will not be going back, would not recommend.

I have emergency with my tail light out and had to get it fixed right away. I went into this location and they fixed it right away and they didn't charge me a penny. I will be sure to go back and get my quarterly oil changes here going forward.

They fit me in for a tire because I was leaving on a trip. Test drove it to make sure it was right. They do customer service right. I will definitely buy my next set of tires here!

They 'will beat' any price. However, that is only the tire price. All other random 'add-on' prices are not included.

The tire I need is $140 at mavis, $154 elsewhere - but installed at Mavis they are $100 more.weird, right? "Installation Center Overhead and Stocking Fee*"?

Asked if they could beat the 'out the door' price.let's see what happens!

Have had multiple tires repaired and changed here. Fast and done right, what more can you ask for.

I did not have an appointment for a flat tire, but I was serviced with courtesy and professionalism. My flat could not be repaired, and a second tire was low on tread, so I had to purchase two tires. I also think my two tires were priced fairly.

Always a great experience. Honest and do a great job on any car I bring in. I trust them with all my children’s cars, which say a lot.

Thank you to the scumbag working behind the counter today who was more concerned with getting home than helping someone who pulled in with a flat tire. Will never take my business here.
