Maxim is a great company to work for! I have been here about a year and a half and I am so happy I made the decision to work for a company that truly values you and your opinions. I have met so many wonderful people, both internally and externally.

I love working with Maxim and specifically within our Williamsport market. I have the honor of being our Operations Manager. Serving our local communities and being the best employer possible is what I strive to provide. This is also our company's core value. I would recommend anyone, regardless of experience level, to consider working in home healthcare with Maxim.

Maxim is horrible at scheduling. They have no idea about their clients conditions and they send you to peoples homes absolutely blind. They tell you the people are able to care for themselves but they are incompetent. I had to call them like 5 times and speak to different people about my schedule when they would put in in wrong. Horrible communication skills.

Good morning, as I called to check on my application I was told that I didn't get the job because my response to an email took to long, and based on that, that's how you determine reliability, I don't think that's fair but as Kenny put it. That's how the ball bounce I decided to contact Mr. Bill Butz in Maryland to see why this is an issue. I'm very hard working and reliable I'm either early or staying late for my shift I am really offended. But thanks for giving me enough time.
