Horrible service/communication. Very disorganized. The healthcare recruiters are not very helpful or productive. Needed to call them constantly. They never reached out. My facility needed CNA's for night shift (11p-7a) weekends only and I was told the CNA would arrive 30 minutes prior to shift for orientation/training. The CNA arrived late around 11: 15 pm. CNA stated she was not told by Maxim to come earlier. Same CNA altered the time sheet to make it appear as though she worked more shifts, when she in fact, did not. Received invoice showing this. Have proof that my staff worked the days in question. The company did not explain the time sheet procedure AT ALL. Company took the CNA's side. **Also want to add that CNA arrived unprepared and asked our facility to print her blank time sheet for her. Maxim should have provided a blank copy of time sheet to employee. Not our facility's responsibility, especially when we are paying for THEIR services.

When I walked in for my interview their was noone at the front desk to assist me i had to basically peak my head back there to get someone's attention but there are 2 people who work there that had been very helpful during my whole hiring process

Maxim offers a great working environment for both internal and external employees with room for growth! All of their employees truly care about what is best for the patient, they have great communication skills, and would go above and beyond for each specific case. Great company to be apart of!

Maxium always have cases if you want to work. They dont always let you know about each case so that you can choose weather you want to take the case or if you skill set matches the case. So 4 stars. Weekly pay is great.

I've been working for Maxim for a little more then 2 years, I do orientation for people that are taking care of sick family members. I love Maxim because we care about the feeling of the individual that will be providing care. I am able to address all of the feels and confusion. We help them to cope with difficult situations. Maxim is the one agency that cares about more then money, people matter.
