Maxwell's House Resort, Pittston PA

Love this place.the staff is great with my dogs. Very clean kennels. We were late at pick up due to a huge traffic jam on the hwy in Hartford CT, we were picking up the dogs on the way to Philly that night. The staff member came back after closing and was so nice and understanding. I'll always bring my dogs to this place.

The only place I would ever take my animals! I've been going to Liz and Stevi even before Maxwell's House began. They go above and beyond with everything they do. My boy has an auto-immune disease and with Liz's background in animal science and experience with animals, I know he will always be safe there. They treat each and every animal like their own. Forever grateful to have a business like this in the Wyoming Valley. Would thoroughly recommend for all of their services, hands down!

I am not sure where to start. This place is incredible. The staff are passionate about animals and their owners. They have taken such wonderful care of our German Shepherd, Clover. We needed a place for her last minute when traveling to Pittston after my mother passed away to be with family and they took her in, no questions asked. Clover absolutely loves it there, which says alot! They groomed her and did an amazing job, she is silky soft. They even came to my father's house to clip the nails of his elderly German Shepherd who has a hard time getting in the car nowadays. I could go on and on. The owners of Maxwell's house are very special people, one in a million. Hell, I might travel two hours from Philly to get my dog groomed there from now on. They are better than any place I ever went here.

Maxwell's House is wonderful! They take very good care of our girl! We travel a lot & they are very accommodating. I always book in advance, so we don't miss out!

Maxwells house is the only place I'll take my trio to get groomed or boarded. These guys are the best in the world! When I tell my girls they are going to get groomed they jump right into the truck.

Best place around to board or place your dog in daycare! My dog loves going there and comes home very, very tired out! Which means she had loads of FUN. Liz, Stevi & Dave are awesome, always accommodating & take such good care of our fur-babies as if they were their very own!
