Not sure how this place has such high ratings. I have had them work on stuff a few times and it seems like only one person there actually seems to enjoy it, and seems super nice and knowledgeable. The rest are jerks. The way they talk to you on the phone when you call in is asinine. I’m not sure why I keep using them at this point. I just keep hoping each time that I can call and management has stepped in to get people to be more service oriented and friendly. I really hope my rating can change, but someone has got to shape up. Was told today that they don’t care if I look elsewhere, and I am, but it really sucks…

Ordered a fridge on Friday, since it was in stock, it was delivered on Monday morning. Justin and Josh took care bringing it in, hooking it up and making sure everything was perfect. They then took the time to explain all of the special features and adjustments on the fridge. This is service you don’t get from big box stores. Support local businesses!

Our old fridge went out the day before we were supposed to have family over for Christmas. Mayer & Kehler saved the day by dropping off a new fridge at a good price early in the morning. The guys were friendly and efficient. They have our business from now on. Thank you!
