19I called this location with questions on a missing FedEx package that I sent out and even though they were not involved or the cause of the problem I received very helpful tips to recover my package. Thank you the the kind owner who answered the phone and made things seem much easier with all of her helpful information.
I HAVE SOOOO MUCH TO SAY! So I am an owner at one of the business on Frankford Ave. So my closet UPS is Mayfair hub. They are the most strict, respectful, helpful, and most beautiful women’s there! Yes, I have read ALL the reviews and let me say that you guys are bored with your lives. Yes, the girls are strict because they work with people identity’s. Rude? Why? Because your arrived late and you thought you can, because you thought your dad was Obama and thought you can get by with anything.
No, this business deserves a 10 STAR rating! People are just selfish and want others to break rules. Yes, it’s a UPS store BUT it’s not like they can accept just any packages just to make you satisfied. They must follow the guidelines.
To the girls at this location - GOD BLESS YOU GIRLS! Don’t change a bit for no one. You guys do a marvelous job. Your office is clean, smells good, the girls are well dressed, you guys take your time to make sure the job is done correctly, you guys do more then your suppose to!

To live far away but come here for my fingerprinting process means I'm extra but comfy. It's quick, easy and the girls handled the influx of 20 plus people so well. This place can get real busy and overwhelming. Good job ladies!
I came 10 minutes before they closed hoping to drop off a UPS item to return after a long day and the women working here said they were busy and the machines were closed. They were busy cleaning. I walked away to my car and a woman parked behind me walked in one minute after me and was able to drop off her item and get a receipt? Is this how we do business at this location? This location is a poor excuse for customer service.
Do not forget your mask! They will not honor your appointment without one and they do not supply them. The mini mart across the street and up half a block sells them for $1. The person who helped with TSA Precheck was amazing! Any issue with getting precheck isn't their fault, it's the system for TSA. I went to another location before and the system went down. This time the person was determined to get my app through and I couldn't be happier with the service.
Visited this location to complete my TSA pre check. Both staff members were extremely friendly and efficient! I would recommend this location for anyone needing their services.
Just not a kind or friendly environment to enter. Customer service is not a thing here. How the government allows this to be a representative facility of the state/ country is embarrassing.
Went there for tsa pre check with my mom. The people working were very kind and professional. There was a steady stream of customers and they were very organized and kept the line moving.
Very rude manager and girl that does fingerprints. There is ONE nice young lady that is polite and helpful. You can easily spot the difference when visiting. Usually when I go it is a hit or miss on how the manager acts, but after my most recent visit - I will not be back. The way they speak to others is just unnecessary and disrespectful.
The woman who does finger printing here is extremely rude. From the second I walked in she spoke to me as if I had done something to upset her. Every word out of my mouth was yes mam and will do, yet she claimed I was being "warm" with her. She then attempted to shame me to another customer due to the fact I didn't have a mask when I initially walked in. When I was asked to wear one, I did not refuse at all. I simply forgot, and said I will go get one. She then tells that customer that everyone from new jersey gives her a hard time. As if she wanted me to respond and give her a reason to escalate the situation she created. She is very unprofessional and needs further training in customer service.
What a terrible experience. The older female that works there is very rude, and super unprofessional. She was screaming at people coming in, picking and choosing and who needs to wear a mask and who doesn’t. I would definitely stay away from this place. I never write reviews but this establishment took me out of my element.
Pretty quick in terms of services. I went for finger printing and the services was pretty fast.
Every business should aspire to have this type of atmosphere. Collectively, my wife and I spent 20-30 minutes waiting and participating in our appts and every customer that entered was made to feel like family by every staff member. If I lived closer, I would look for reasons to spend money there.
Been there a few times and I have never encountered any problem. They always give me a great customer service.
I walked in to get fingerprinted for TSA precheck and Ericka D was extremely rude. Very curt and abrupt. Find somewhere else where people are polite.
For finger printing and customer service I give this place 5 stars. I had been struggling to get an appointment and assistance from an Identogo facility all week. I had made an appointment with another location for a different date, but Mayfair Hub still received me as a walk-in. I had to show verifiable info and they had me go through a specific procedure because of my situation as a walk-in. The staff was patient, professional, and so helpful in getting me what I needed. They did all of this under the stress of a big rush of customers. Really grateful for their dedication and I would definitely return to this location.

The manager here is extremely nasty and unprofessional. She will over talk you & become argumentative over mistakes she’s made. After realizing she was in the wrong she than STILL continue to make unprofessional comments towards me. As one of the employees started to do my fingerprints, she comes to the back & states “You know what I’m the manager here & you aren’t getting your finger prints done here. ” At this point it’s become harassment and confrontational towards a customer, as I am in the back of the establishment no where near her at this point.
So I waited 20 minutes because she didn’t take people in the order that they came with appointments. Than proceed to lose their slips and information but blame them. Just for me to be told I could not get them done. She doesn’t know how to talk to customers! Overall experience was very ghetto and unprofessional. Do not waste your time

I went there for my fingerprints and received A+ service from everyone. I had lots of questions and everyone took the time to answer them; they were very patient with my detailed nursing license requirements. Thank you all so much, the process was much less painful with your help!
