Bought one from my son. Theyr company did a great job. Gary answers the phone. Every time we call Matt and Mike they can answer any technical questions. Penny in shipping is great and answered any question we had with our doors would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

Unfortunately, I purchased a 19x19 steel building kit from Mayflower Steel Buildings. They have ties to Standfast Steel Building Systems. They said free delivery but only after I gave them a non-refundable deposit, they tell me that I am responsible to unload the semi-truck. This was very unethical. I couldn't find a forklift so I had to unload the truck with one other person and it took us 2.5 hours. After inspection, I was missing a panel from my order and they never sent me the missing panel. I also received the wrong baseplates. They would not replace the base plates, so I had to cut 68 linear feet of steel to be able to use base plates. This took me hours and many cutting wheels. The skylight I received was delaminating. Thier customer service pretty much ignores any requests to fix the errors. I, like many, am a one-time customer so no worries on their part. It's been months, since I started building and I'm still not done.
Update: They sent me the missing panel after I wrote this negative review and created a website. Now for the garage door. The blueprints state an 8 foot wide garage door opening. What I got was a 7 foot 10 inch garage door opening. Being 2 inches short is going to make the garage door install cost more.

I enjoyed working with company from start to finish. Sales person I had was Gary he worked with me on my down payment and reviewed the building and extras. The building showed up on time and the driver was very good at his job everything and material showed up in great shape. I called Gary a couple times on how to assemble a couple things and he was very helpful again. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Purchased my building from a salesman and he was very helpful and professional. I live in the middle of nowhere and they were still able to ship directly to me! Everyone else was going to have me drive for 3 hours to pick it up on my own. They did have a few delays at the time due to some steel supply issues but were amazing at keeping in touch with me. I recommend them for customer service alone.

We purchased a 12x12 building from Mayflower/StandFast 6 years ago as a temporary structure to store our tools and equipment while we worked to rebuild our hunting camp. We erected the building ourselves over a weekend and had everything locked up securely by the time we headed home. The building has served us well and it looks just like it did when it was first built. We have had many neighbors in the area stop and ask where we got the building from and a few have actually purchased larger models from Mayflower. We plan on dismantling and relocating the building to a different area of our camp and know that our building will last us many more years to come. I highly recommend Mayflower to anyone looking for a great building at a reasonable price.

I am happy with my building investment and Mayflower was great to work with. Living in the mountains of Montana, we needed a building that would withstand heavy snow and be maintenance free during the winter months. My salesman JP verified the snow loads for my area and supplied us with an S-model building that meets our requirements and the necessary engineering for permitting. We are very satisfied with our purchase and will continue to use Mayflower for our building needs.

Building was exactly what I wanted. Delivery was quick and easy. Staff was professional and responsive when I had any questions.

I ended up purchasing a 20 x 30 P-Model for my she shack. After all said and done a great building. I have never built anything in my life so it was a little challenge. But after many calls to customer service we got it up! Love my new building thanks guys for all of your help!
