Exceptional customer service and the used car I purchased was in excellent condition. Tony and his team answered all my questions in a timely manner and went out of their way to accommodate me. Very professional and they made the whole process so easy. Couldn’t find this car at this price anywhere else, and I love my vehicle. Avoid the hassle of dealing with a large dealership with large markups and check out this family business that has been selling cars for over 50 years.

Updated review: Tony is a nice guy. However when a sale was on the line possibly, he was very quick to respond. Now that I am unsatisfied with the car I chose due to back problems and want to do an exchange, he has not responded to any of my texts or email. I would completely understand if I was trying to return the car but I am just trying to do an exchange. Tony was very knowledgeable, and nice. However, I am just upset that he could not show the same urgency in returning a text or email after the sale even if the answer was no I couldn’t do the exchange. Also understand, this is all within 24 hours of the original sale. So it’s not like this is a week later or something. Even if it could not be done, a returned email or text would have been nice.

Original review: I purchased a Civic yesterday for Tony. He was a great person to work with. The only thing I wish, is that they had a test period or a exchange program. I was debating between a Mazda CX-5 & the civic & I should have gone with the Mazda due to my back problems. The civic is a BEAST. But I just wish they had an exchange program is all.

Hmmmm. Was told I couldn't take a car for a test drive. Pretty much had to buy it first. I guess I looked like I couldn't afford it? Very insulting.

Bought a car two months ago form Mayo Auto also got powertran warranty they offered went to dealer to get another key fob because the car had only dealer tried to program 2nd fob in could not program because my car had a bad ecu and needs to be replaced warranty does not cover it ecu will cost $8000 or more to fix so I am paying for a car that will die don't want to spend more to fix car then payed for be careful of used cars and where they come from

The process was seamless. Emailed late one night and received a response 630 the next morning. Received fair value + for my trade in. Tony was friendly and efficient. Mayo's prices were far below other's in the area, so no need to even haggle a little. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to purchase this vehicle due to the price point. A positive experience all around. My wife loves her 2018 Ford Escape. Thank you, Tony.

I’m new to driving, i bought my first car at Mayo auto & i loved the experience. The test drive was great, i ended up actually likening the car even though i knew i wanted the car already!
