I had a great experience at MB Bride. My sweet future daughter in law bought her gown here, so I am able to get 10% off of a dress. I actually went to their website and signed up online for an appointment. Within a few days I received a call from Sue confirming the appointment. I also received a reminder text which was helpful! They have an amazing selection of gowns and dresses! I like that you have to set up an appointment because it means they are making time just for you! I was fortunate to work with Sue who was very efficient in helping me try on dresses. She was even kind enough to take a few photos because I was by myself on my first visit. I have narrowed it down to three and am headed there again tomorrow with a friend to help me choose. It's so hard to decide because all three dresses are beautiful and unique! MB Bride is being very careful with Covid. I look forward to shopping there again because everything about my first experience there was beyond a 10! Excellent customer service! I highly recommend! My experience at MB BRIDE was awful. My cousin was set to get married this year. Well due to family issues and covid to top it off we were left with bridesmaids dresses. Paid in full. Now what they don’t disclose is that most of these dresses that are “made to order” are truly shipped in from another store. Meaning that your dress has been tried on multiple times and drug around. I tried to express my displeasure with the manager and she stated that she didn’t care about covid and that policy was policy. On top of a canceled wedding if you pay upfront for your dress you get a discount. We were not offered that discount and we paid upfront. I asked if the store would resell the dresses. She said she would not. I informed her that I would consider store credit due to an upcoming wedding this year but again rudeness and no return of calls because the owner was out on the town galavanting during covid.

I bought my prom dress from MB Bride, and when it was time for me to look for a wedding dress, I knew MB Bride was the only place that would have what I needed. Their selection is HUGE! The staff is awesome too. I had a covid wedding and had to buy my dress and get alterations done in less than a month. Crazy, right? ! This was no problem for MB Bride. Allison in alterations had my dress fitting like a GLOVE in under two weeks! I would not recommend any other place to find the dress of your dreams.

Amazing people. They've done such a wonderful job for my fiance and I. Our day will be perfect.

Welcome to a year of stress. MB bridal hung up on me, when I voiced that they were not very accommodating when it comes to scheduling a bridesmaid appointment. It’s crazy they only allow 3 people at one time per party, but they can have multiple other parties at the same time.

I requested 2 appointments at the same time so I could have all of my bridal party in the salon, and she said we have other appointments going on that’s not possible. But we schedule 2 separate times.

I assume that you may be missing the entire point of what I was asking, but hanging up on a future / potential client doesn’t look good.

I also know other salons that are going above and beyond for brides that are potentially going to be spending a lot of money at their salon.so I hope that your future front desk manager or staff doesn’t HANG UP on clients in the future.

UPDATED: mb bride have responded to my review, I’m so glad that you encourage your staff to hang up on people. I never moved raised my voice I simply stated you aren’t very accommodating, and after looking through your Facebook there are PLENTY of photos with brides who have way more than 3 people.

Found my dress here, plus a veil and sleeves, and it fits like a glove! Clearance rack is a little pricy, but the gowns are gorgeous. Definitely worth hunting for the bargain gown.

I've purchased several dresses from MB Bride over the years from prom to bridesmaids. This past October I found my dream wedding dress at MB! The staff couldn't have been more helpful that day. And they took extra time to be patient and understanding with my 86 year old Italian grandmother. They are attentive to everyone in my party every time I'm there.
A special thanks to my consultant Thia! My grandmother and soon to be mother in law are still raving about her!

Great selection
You get to walk around and look at the dresses not just the consultants like at other bridal shops which helps because (like me) you may find a dress you never would have thought to try on! Great staff

I’m not from the area but now live here 4 years. Your shop came highly recommended. Top-notch professionals, tremendous selection, customer focused and very patient. Oldest of 4 son’s got married in NYC-very experienced seamstress, gown fit perfectly. I got tons of compliments. I’ll be back for son #2’s wedding next year in NJ!

I was charged a $50 fee when I cancelled my order even though my order was never sent to the manufacturer. The consultant I worked with was great, but the two women I spoke to at the front desk were difficult and rude.

The staff was fantastic to work with and I ended up finding the perfect dress with a worker named Alayna. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had looked in couple of stores for a mother of the bride gown. MB Bride had just what I was looking for. They have such a great selection for everyone's varied tastes. Their service and staff were so helpful and easy to work with. The seamstress who completed my alterations was a joy to work with. This was so appreciated during the busy time of preparing for our daughter's wedding.

I went to MB Bride because I heard that they had a great selection of mother of the groom dresses. I was not disappointed. My salesperson was Patti and she could not have been more helpful. She suggested dresses that I would like and made me feel good about the dress that I chose. She was exactly what a salesperson should be for someone searching for a special dress.

I had such a great experience at MB Bride thanks to my bridal consultant, Kristi! I had my Mother, MIL and MOH with me. The four of us plus Kristi all grabbed dresses for me to try on. Kristi was so helpful and knowledgable of every designer and style that i tried on. Not to mention patient, too! I highly recommend MB Bride for their huge selection, and if you have the chance, work with Kristi!

The consultant was very helpful and helped me find a nontraditional wedding dress. The alterations department was very good. I'd come back here if I need another formal gown!

I did not feel that what I wanted was considered or important to them. They seemed like all they wanted was my money and trying to get me to buy more expensive dresses. Would not work with me and the timing that I wanted for the dress to be altered.

Dress shopping is very uncomfortable for me, but this experience was rewarding. I found a beautiful dress for my son's wedding. The staff was very helpful.

We were there for my daughter to be fitted for a bridesmaid's dress. Quick and easy. Everyone was helpful.

All bridal gowns overpriced. Lady helping me was pushy to get me in a dress. She wasn't much help. Didn't have one cheap enough so forced to try out bridesmaids gowns. Not the same effect of bridal gowns. Beautiful place inside. Limited parking.
