M@C Discount - Washington

I have had awful experiences at this M@c Bids specifically. I have gotten 4 items from there all which have been either listed completely wrong, or have been broken. I understand the agreement I made when purchasing products, but the listings are not truthful. I’ve never had this issue with any other M@c bids as they post a picture of the item inside the box, and list what the item actually is and mention if it is broken. The first item I bought was a blue picture for my wall. I went to get it and it was a picture of a fig? I just got 3 more items from there: a moth rug, another picture that is red this time, and another piece of wall art. The “Moth Rug” is a rug of a haunted house? The “Red wall art” is GREEN and the other wall art has an entirely broken frame with no indication of damage on this listing. I will never be bidding in Washington again.

I seriously don’t know how all the reviews are good on here maybe I have the worst luck, but This place is pretty much a scam in my opinion do not waste your time trying to get a deal. Three times in a row. I had purchased different products that were damaged. They purposely did not show it in the pictures and it wasn’t labeled as damaged. They waste your time and collect five dollars each time with the insurance and act like there is nothing wrong with the product. Then I even noticed they relist Products that I have returned that were damaged and labeled them non-damaged Immediately afterwards, that in my opinion is a scam along with the many other things they do. It’s certain that they know products are damaged, but they hide it from you until you come in. Definitely do not shop here.

Bought an "open box" appliance here. When i got it home, i was shocked to see that it was completely destroyed and covered in filth. It was 100% broken and completely unusable. When i called their support line, they told me i should have read their terms of agreement better. In my opinion this item was purposefully misrepresented.

Update:

I went in for the manager review as suggested in this response. The manager agreed with me that the item should never have been sold in its current condition, but still couldn't refund me the money due to company policy. She was very rude and unprofessional. Thanks for wasting even more of my time.

I've only been to the Washington MacBid one time and was surprised about how differently it went compared to my closest warehouse. Very organized, we were lined up and our product was brought out. It was a rubbermaid shed, myself, my husband and the awesome macbid employee got that thing right in my suv. Great service, will have to check out more items from Washington.

I buy from MAC all the time but i5s going down hill fast. I've purchased 5 items in past weeks all damaged parts missing etc. Yet they were not listed as damaged, but clearly were. Not surecwhats going on but Washington is clearly not listing properly. Don't have that issue at other MAC, s. Staff for pickup have been professional, and have gone out of their way to help. I do enjoy the purchases you can get.

Great bargains can be had if you do your research. Some items are in brand new condition but others can be damaged or missing parts.

When you buy from Mac bid check your items before you leave the store, because more than once I received the wrong item or missing pieces that they never disclose! But other than that pretty good!

Love Washington M@c discount and Shea is very helpful and all the other employees. So nice and always there to help and so polite. They all know me by name. 95 percent of stuff I get is great.

Whoever runs the Washington branch needs fired. Over an hour waiting for someone to get my item instead of just being able to go get it myself. Disorganized slow mess. Not gonna get stuff from Mac any more this place is a dump now.

Gets hectic. During hours and is a little confusing the first time, but the people are nice enough.

Bought a basketball hoop and Christmas tree, definitely worth the trip. Super helpful staff!

This was probably my 5th time picking something up, however this time I had my 2 year old son who was less than enthused with being there. And the workers were so patient and helpful. I even left my phone on the shelf and someone offered to run back and get it so I didn’t have to push my cart of stuff and my baby all the way back to the election I was in. Even the customers were patient with me.

This is by far my favorite mac bid store. As I understand it. It's the original store I've been told. Not sure about that but they are great here.
The ladies up front always greet me by name. They always make sure I'm doing well. The manager has been very fair and ethical. The merchandise is usually of better quality here. They get you in and out so quickly. It's nice. My only complaint is and it seems to be a lot of peoples complaints, is that they never have carts available. They have like 4 carts for the whole store and there is always a group of people waiting for carts or complaining and leaving because they can't get a cart in a reasonable amount of time.

This makes dreams come true, it's worth checking out This practical way of buying things with pressure never seen before
