We made a reservation for two at 615, show up at 615 and the goofy host says “sorry we overbooked have no tables”. I say ok how long of a wait then. He responds “hours”. That’s it. Don’t know his name, short guy with glasses. Thanks man we won’t back, great customer service.

One of the BEST spots for great beer and food. It's so rare to find a place where I can trust that both will be great, but that's always the case with McCall Collective. And if that weren't enough, every single staff member is incredibly friendly and attentive—Casey wins the prize though! This place is absolutely worth making into a regular spot on your brewery rotation.

We were traveling in the area and we always love to try beers from local places and support local breweries. We walked into McCall, labeled as a brewing co.and were told that it was more of a restaurant than a place to have a beer with friends. The host helped us find another place to go have some beers, but we do not understand how a brewery could not accommodate a group looking to try some beers from a local brewery. A little disappointed and wanting to warn others who are wanting to go here to sit down and have a quick drink with friends.

Love this place. One of the only good things in Allentown. Carlye is a great bartender.

Always a great time! The food is delicious! Try the maple balsamic dressing! All the bartenders are super attentative! Love their sours.

Amazing local brewpub with awesome beer options, great food to go with it. Wide variety of choices in a spacious and comfortable setting. Great location, easy access.

Too bad I didn't get any of the food pictured in the reviews. I ordered on uber eats and although it arrived in a timely manner the food was not enjoyable. Burgers do not look as advertised. Thin patties. Food pictures misleading, burgers viewed with fries. Burgers do not come with fries and do not state in the description that they come with potato chips. Mine happen to be stale potato chips, the kids wouldn't even eat them. Not like the fries I did order were any better. The fries were hard and bland. Also, the wings were dry. Highly disappointed with my order.

Beer was phenomenal as well as the food. They were definitely busy but I fully understand why.

Sometimes a place really is as good as the reviews say. And this is one of those times, and then some.

Everything was on point here. First off, find me another brewery so popular it has to do have a reservation system, I'll wait.

Anyhow I ended up sat at the bar since I packed a reservation and I'm glad they had a seat. The bartender made me a "dealer's choice" flight and each beer was great. I had a few pours across the night, and each of those was also, wait for it, great.

And the food, my god, the food. Most breweries have passable food and good beer or good food and passable beer. This place said "nope we're just gonna kill it at everything we do. " I had the goat cheese/peach burger and I could never have guessed how heavenly that combination would be. It was a sticky, savory mess and I loved every bite.

Really a 10/10,5 place here. Do yourself a favor and find yourself here as soon as you can.

We had the best Sunday funday here! We came for brunch and stayed for the great vibes and great atmosphere! So welcoming!

Mccall is definitely one of the best breweries in the Lehigh Valley. They have a friendly staff and great food! The beer is diverse and consistently top notch. Their daily specials are a fantastic bonus.

Peach G. O. A. T. Burger was good. If I ordered again, I would add jalapeno. Better Call Fall Marzen was nice to wash it down. Cool place to chill out.
