The market was hot, and Darren navigated it with ease. He is an excellent listener, showed me every house I wanted to see within 48 hours of my request (evening appointments each time). We ended up having an offer accepted about a month after we started working together. Offer was accepted at 100$ over asking price. Darren helped me and my wife make an offer that distinguished us from the others based on more than just price. His guidance and creative thinking landed me my dream home. I closed on the home April of 2022!

Adam helped us buy the home I am sitting in, and it was not exactly smooth, but I suppose it could have been worse. Overall - Adam was FANTASTIC! The words "Good Morning Homeowner" will forever be in my mind. So so so so thankful for Adam.

Then, we fixed up our old house. Blood, sweat, and tears did the trick. Here enters Rob, as our Listing Agent. We got under contract rather quickly, but then the condo association made it a rather bumpy road. The 24 hours prior to settlement were, frankly hell. Rob kept us grounded, and kept me from having a nervous breakdown. I'm seriously not sure I would have survived without his help.

If we ever buy or sell again (no plans to anytime soon though, haha) Rob and Adam will most definitely be who we choose.

I would like to add this.we had a slight situation on the buying end that caused me to want to halt all proceedings. Another agent was playing dirty, and I questioned the world of Realty. Adam eased my mind, and then honestly showed me the difference. Then, selling we had a small fiasco too. Again, Rob did the same thing. He showed me the differences. Ethics and "playing fair" go a long way. These guys - these guys are down to Earth, genuine, and real. They won't sugar coat - but they won't play dirty. They truly, truly, truly are an asset to our community. I could go on forever.so, CALL THEM!
