Spoke to Max this morning about my car and he was the best. He right away told me the prices and fees plus work that would take place. Just moved to Philly and already had great customer service. Even offered me a ride to and from work while my car is being serviced.outstanding! Kudos to you.

I've been here a few times over the past few years and the service has been excellent. Everyone upholds a level of professionalism, honesty, kindness and integrity. The prices are fair and they do not try to find or makeup issues like other auto services/dealers. They are also very quick and respect your time.

They removed and replaced my engine. They were fast and efficient. I would recommend this place if you want your car fixed.

Excellent place. Fair Prices. Always able to figure out whats wrong with your car no matter what! Mr McCoy is one of the friendliest old mans you'll ever meet.

This place shows no professionalism. Can't even get an alignment done right. They had a little kid doing it. I'm pretty sure this is one of the places where they change your oil out for used oil. Can't trust shops these days, all they want is money in exchange for bad services.

I went for a OIL CHANGE expecting to spend under 50$.
They took 4 hours to "bleed my brakes" & charged me 85$

Only for the mechanic to tell me "oil change? Ohh they aint tell me bout all tht"

This place is a SCAM to women

I was a nervous first time driver and was afraid that I will be over charged for my services because I did not know anything about cars. The owner diagnosed the problem, showed me what needs to be worked on and even explained step by step what his mechanics are doing. He even works with you and goes above his duties to make sure you are a happy satisfied customer. I am truly happy with this company, the owner is so sweet and his staff is wonderful.

They fix My car and the owner is very reasonable. The owner really works with you. He went out of his way for me.

Had a stalling issue on my truck.this was the closest shop to my job with best ratings. Needless to say they deserve it. Kind, courteous, and respectful. Unfortunately they couldn't diagnos the problem, they recommend contacting the dealer. Price was reasonable. Great experience will go again if need be. A+. I called up McCoys and they were able to take me in for an inspection. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. The young lady was very warm kind. They take walk ins, (I tried going to dealerships and they were booked for like two weeks)! I harldy drive since I am so close to Center City. I almost forgot about my inspection until yesterday! Thanks guys!

Professional friendly, and fast service. Prices are reasonable. I had my oil changed and annual inspection done there.

I took my vehicle there to get back brakes looked at and they were replaced, the customer service was exceptional and the technicians there are very knowledgeable

I came here because my car had an exhaust problem. Mr. McCoy was very nice and straight forward with the diagnostics. Not too excessive like Pepboys or Mieneke where they force you to pay $100 for diagnostics. McCoy's Auto charges reasonable prices. I would have given 5 stars but the repairs took longer than expected (almost 6 hours -my car was the only one being serviced) on a Friday. Regardless, I was satisfied in the end and I'll definitely be coming back.

Because they've done a good job they were more professional than others I appreciate the things that young fella has done for a car I mean our Jeep thank you mr. McCoy
