Worth the wait after calling roadside assistance but The driver, Tyler was a welcome sight and honestly hooked up my car and able to drop it off at the location without a hitch!

My experience with McDanels was great. It was better than working through my auto insurance roadside because McDanels was quick they called me right back they were able to accommodate another time frame to set up the tow and were here promptly.

I filed the ticket with my Roadside assistance at noon. The car still was not delivered to my Mechanic a few miles away at 5pm. Promised latest delivery time was at 2: 30pm. There was a problem with the ticket (my insurance) and then with the winch on the tow truck needing repair (the towing service). Once the driver and truck were dispatched the service was great. Just woefully delayed. I was grateful to have access to a second car and my son to deliver it. Otherwise this would have been a whole afternoon lost.

When I called for a tow the owner answered and had someone dispatched quickly, the driver was knowledgeable, helpful and was extra careful with my classic car he was putting on the flatbed trk. I would call McDaniels towing again without hesitation.

Been waiting since 1600 hrs, now 2018. ETA WAS 40 TO 60 MINUTES. That was over 90 minutes ago. Now just told ETA was another 60 to 90 minutes. What is going on? 20230929 2023

Tyler was great - very caring guy - showed concern to keep me safe while loading the vehicle. Just a great experience and I highly recommend these guys. Great job Tyler keep up the good work!
