McDonald's, Holmes PA

We met with friends at this place for lunch.my friend recommended this spot. Well, it was a winning. The staff were very polite and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was tasty. We enjoyed every moment and we shall definitely come back again.we highly recommend this place.

The counter help at this location are great. Very nice, kind, and helpful. But the manager is loud, obnoxious, and has no business running a operation where communication with customers is highly valued. On more then one occasion I had to bite my tongue because of the way he talks to his help and customers. Myself and my staff due frequent this location only out of convenience. If not for his presence I would easily give 4 or 5 stars but with him 2 is all I would offer. My advice, use the drive thru.

I get to eat here a lot since I work close by. I like how their customer service is always awesome and they keep the place well organized regularly. Prices are reasonable and they serve sizeable portions.

Forgot to order my parfait due to the person who was taking my order kept on asking, "is that all? " After everything I order. Felt like I was being rushed. And the dine in is closed.

The customer service is constantly speedy, great ambience, friendly staff members. Will visit here again when I arrive nearby.

Micky D's is moving up in the world with its curbside service and staff bringing food to you in the dining area.

This place never fails to deliver. They serve awesome food for reasonable prices, there is no waiting time even when they are full.

I love this McDonald's on McDade blvd it's clean and non-ratchet lol. Believe you me, ratchetness comes in all colors. ‍️‍️But this McDonald's is professional, clean, and polite. They all are polite to some extent‍️ Granted it was early, so there wasn't an abundance of employees walking all on top of each other. I enjoyed my experience here.

Friendly greet at the counter. Order processed quickly. Store seems to be managed well. Employees look well trained at there jobs. Positive atmosphere.

Bad service, I saw them recycle cold fries that someone returned for being cold. Did not bring the food to the table even when that option was selected on the kiosk.

What more can you say about McDonald's. The quality of food is excellent but all things in moderation.

Where do I begin!? What’s most concerning is that the employees, specifically a woman named Marissa, refuse to share the contact info of the owner (s). Instead she claims to be the owner herself, but doesn’t care about customer’s satisfaction in the least bit. “I AM the owner, tell them MARISSA. Yeah! ”

Apparently, it’s her policy that after 8 pm the fries are not salted because they’ve “already cleaned up”. They close at midnight! A few of the people who work there are nice, but Marissa and her gang seem to be there to terrorize the customers more than serve them. They are rude, they ignore what you are saying or asking for and just blatantly don’t care. They will shut the drive thru window in your face and turn their back to you while you are asking for ketchup or even just saying thanks - while the “owner” just watches. I know for a fact that the true owner would like to know about how this restaurant is being handled. Other people in the area who I have spoken with about the horrible service at Holmes McDonalds agree - we will go out of our way to the other McDonalds on 420 to get some respect. They are very sweet there - all of them that I’ve encountered. And their fries are hot fresh and perfectly salted. I wish I could get this from the McDonalds closest to my house - but I know I won’t- it’s a shame.

This Mcdonalds is the only one worth visiting in this area. They are nicer, more efficient and overall just a better crowd.

Font even bother with any other in the area. Besides chik FIL a, don't even bother with any other fast food chain besides here.

The people there are seemingly nice considering it's a fast food joint, but they never have cookies on Friday night!

Chicken tenders were thrown in a box and drenched in sauce and they called it Spicy bbq chicken tenders.

Chicken tasted rubbery and cold. Sauce completely covering box top to bottom.

The McDonald's in Woodland is the best McDonald's around here. The food is always hot and the people there are very friendly. We've never had to take anything back and they've never gotten an order wrong. I will not say anything about some of the other McDonald's around here. Lol.

My sprite was seltzer water. I went through the drive thru so didn't know til i got home. I called 4 times n noone answered

One of my favorite spots to grab something to eat.convenient location, always clean, and very good customer service. Highly recommended!

Of course they never put everything you order on the bag at the drive thru.short 2 egg McMuffins.
