They never have any slushees, frappes, smoothies any time I go there. I gotta find another spot lol

Ordered on the app 11: 50am got to the drivetru 12: 05pm they said you have to come inside then spent easy 30 mins waiting for the food.

The staff is rude unprofessional and the management does nothing to correct their behavior or to satisfy the guest after complaints were made my wife and I waited for over an hour for food and then was told they couldn't even make our food but yet I got my food and was told I still had to pay for it after I was already paid by my credit card so much for not being able to make the food then how did I get mine my wife out of luck

Went thru drive thru.food was perfect, filet of fish and fries hot, soda bubbly and cold. Ketchup in bag! Quick and efficient!

The drive thru employees are very rude and don't care. Mcdonalds should consider sending their employees to Chick fil A training

The fish was old and the bun was hard as a brick. I asked for no pickles on my double quarter pounder and git 4 of them. The only good part about this visit was the fries, thet were actually fresh this time.

Horrible! I ordered a burger & a fries. Why did they give me a burger with no burgers. No joke a bun cheese ketchup & pickles.

People are Rule and the food is always cold and that's being the french fries salty people with attitude and they all need to get training they have a very rude attitude to the compliment and the food is nasty it's not the place it's the people that you have working for you

Jus stopped in on impulse, tried their version of a chicken sandwich. Big mistake.every vendor is trying to complete with Popeye's. This $10.sandwich was no match. Very disappointing - avoid at all cost.

I think they can do better with customer service. You have about 13 employees and have to wait more than 10 minutes for my order and then I order an apple pie and it was so hard like if it was made from early in the morning. If it wasn't for an employee that just clocked in for work I would of waited longer.

Stopped in to get breakfast for my son's. Was in drive through line it was long so went inside.

They were inside on their phones, talking and ignoring myself and the other customer in line. I waited about 7 mins standing there looking at them walking around and no one acknowledged us for 10 mins.

Then the cashier comes out. Has an attitude when the man in front of me orders and walks away again.

They had on no gloves, no hair nets with all that hair hanging and just overall very poor customer service and they didn't care. I walked out after 15 minutes of waiting and went elsewhere.

I will NEVER go back there again. If you don't want to work then stay home but customers should not have to deal with that kind of unprofessional behavior when we are spending our money.

Watching the way they were making the drive through orders I am glad that I left, probably would've got sick because they were not practicing safe food handling. Didn't look like they cared how they handled the food.

Just nasty!

I keep telling myself I'm going to stop going. They always get the food orders wrong, don't have something, or the ice cream machine is always broke. I once received hot cakes wrapper up in plastic wrap and put into the top lid of the hot cakes container.yes just the lid. Def don't recommend going to this location

Speedy wait time. Friendly customer service. Usually take a while to get my order but recently there's been a tremendous turn around bat this location. This McDonalds is a great franchise.
