McDonald's, Bethlehem PA

The food was fine it was the customer service no acknowledgment at the window they just open the window handed the bag close the window no eye contact no verbal thank you nothing like here's your food and then they forgot to give us the drink that we ordered because we ordered more than one we didn't realize it till we were already two miles away

Service was terrible, my order was messed up my smoothie was basically water and there was a hair in my nuggets most the staff was inattentive or distracted by their phones as well as unprofessional

Later in the afternoon, so I wasn't able to get sauerkraut and caramelized onions for my eat right away hotdog, but it was still good. I was there for a take home brisket sandwich and my daughter wanted the pulled chicken, which they had run out of just before we got there. But as usual, the brisket, pulled pork, mac and cheese and the cornbread were excellent. I also recommend the Carolina BBQ sauce as the favorite! It's a little sweet but has a good bite. Buy the bottle, you won't be disappointed.

I had a few bad experiences at this McDonald's but the last time I was there was much better. Clean and quick

Ordered fries and drink. Waited for fries for 5 minutes before i realised girl never rang them up. Line was long so i left. Can't wait til mc donald's is all self serve kiosks.

The Breakfast muffin sandwich cold and the hard to chew. I would have returned it but did not have the time. I will never eat Breakfast at this location again!

Literally sat in the drive through for at least 20 minutes. Sat at the WI dow waiting to get my food for 5. Fast food is supposed to be fast. No apologies or explain for what took so long. Several employees just standing around. Made me 12 minutes late for work. I'm reporting to cooperate and calling to speak with the manager. Service this horribly slow is unacceptable.

Went for a frozen cappuccino at McDonald's and had to settle for a strawberry & watermelon slushy. Totally disappointed. Five Points Mcd's never has it together. Management needs to step it up!

Long wait, food was cold when we got it. Forgot our sauces. The staff was rude and ignored us until the food was ready, then handed us the food without a word.

Very bad staff, one of the male staff refused to give us sauce and gave me an attitude never coming here again.

Always love their morning breakfast specials on their egg McMuffin, sausage biscuit, chicken biscuit, love the hash browns, love their big iced tea for $1, just really yummy good food at a great price.

Worst McDonald’s by far.
There’s a kid at night that works the first window nothing but disrespectful.never tells you the amount at speaker and his nasty. I’ve made two complaints with magt and now he’s even nastier.never hot fries at night.and milk shakes like milk. I won’t be using this one no more I would rather travel to get better service.

Bad customer service. Also line moving slowly, plus they got the order wrong ndint want to do nothing bout it.
