10Did a mobile order and went thru the drive thru to pick it up and was told to pull up to a waiting spot. Waited about 10-15 minutes till our order was brought out and double checked it was correct. After pulling away and on our way home we grabbed a couple fries and they were extremely salty! Too salty to eat! Was not going back to complain. Not going here again
Service is ALWAYS slow. The worst managed one in the area. Takes 15-20 minutes to get your food. Half the time the order is wrong and the food comes out lukewarm.
Sometimes a bit slow, closes unexpectedly more often than most but I would still call it more reliable than the sht show at 9th st.
Waiting over 20 mins when I went in and was the only 1 inside. A young kid walked in 10 mins after me and knew everyone inside and walked right out with all his food. I then had to yell and make noise just to finally get my food again over 20 min wait I will not be going back to that store or possibly McDonald's at all!
The drive-thru for this location can be exceptionally slow. To the point where you're waiting over a half an hour.
Everytime I come here I have to wait for my food no exaggeration EVERY TIME.
The only reason I come back is because my elderly mother wants Mcdonald's
It's Mcd, not much to say. You either like it or not, no in-between. But it's one of the redone ones so it's nice.
Sat in curb pick-up for 30 minutes as the employee repeatedly comes to my vechile with food that wasn’t mine. They don’t know how to manage customer orders. You order your food and they have you pull up to various spots to wait for your food so they can continue to take additional orders that they can’t already handle
I ordered 20 double cheeseburgers no onions because of a severe onion allergy. And the first Burger I opened up had onions all over the roll and package. And throughout the week I came across two buns with no meat and one with only one piece of meat. I tried to order ahead so that they wouldn't have to rush but I was told no phone orders.so I don't want to hear it was a big order and they were in a hurry. Not only that all the burgers we're half off the rolls and a sloppy mess.
