McDonald's, Pittsburgh PA

The mcdonald in greentree was the worst mcdonald's i ever had and i have tried ally of them, i texted the main office and thete wasn't any response, I'll never eat mcdonald's again! It was terrible

This McDonald's can be hit or miss. I have had great service here, and I have also had terrible service here. My recommendation is to not have high hopes and to ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. Even if you ask if everything is in the bag, there is a 50/50 chance you are missing something. I try to not give bad reviews but this specific McDonald's has burned me as many times as they haven't.

Food was good, but they seemed understaffed. I had to go inside to get a sandwich they left off the order. Good thing I checked before leaving. The Oreo Flurries were very good.

Terrible two of my burgers had mustard on them after requesting nothing but ketchup. I’m allergic to mustard look like they scrapped it off and added catch up.

Got burritos and somehow the cheese had leaked out of them and were nearly impossible to eat. Eh it's McDonald's didn't expect much.

Horribly slow service. I don't know if we always get stuck behind someone who orders a meal for 70 people or what.but every single visit, we have to wait. And wait. And wait. I finished an entire hot dog on a bun from the gas station before we even got to the talk box!

I don't eat McDonald's so I can't give any review on what I stated above but one thing I can recommend - COFFEE. I've never had a bad one from McDonald's. It's a go to for iced coffee.

McDonald's is what it is. Comfort food that is pretty standard across the nation. This location is no different, definitely meets expectations.

False advertisement, one apple pie 1.19. Sometimes in the same week. A abrupt rude tone another person on the intercom, said she talked about this before. I am not a McDonald employee. Don't treat me like an McDonald employee. Poor customer treatment

This particular McDonald's on Noblestown Rd is the only fast food place out of about 5 others in the same proximity that is any good. The line is always moving at a good pace and the food is always hot and what you ordered.

This McDonalds handles delivery orders well! Love that they have a window specific to delivery and mobile. Makes the process a lot faster and smoother.

Fries were soggy.deluxe chicken sandwich was NOT deluxe.only lettuce smh.and the chicken was shriveled and dry. Glad I was only passing thru

Whatever you do, do not ask for an extra BBQ sauce packet. The manager that was working tonight (6/6/21,8: 30pm) pretty much told my boyfriend off all because he NICELY asked for one extra packet of BBQ sauce. Food was good though:)

Very upset to now say i won't be visiting this location again. On several occasional my mobile orders go into ether or are wrong. This store is ill-equiped to handle the volume of people who come there to get food. The amount of money spent to remodel should have been spent in training employees because since the remodel, the service has been worse.

This time my order was cold when i got it. Fries burnt, missing items. What happened to double checking bags?

To the owners: going quicker doesn't make for better service. Look at these reviews and see what you need to improve. Your staff needs better training, that is evident. Regardless of what job one is doing, it should be done well to the best of ones abilities.

My money will go elsewhere and deleting the app for good.

Waited 30 mins for my order, when I got it. Was missing a burger and had to go back. When we got home turns out we were missing 20 NUGGETS! And when I went in to get my missing burger there was NO ONE working. Looked like the teenagers had their “friends” hanging out in the sitting area. This place needs a new staff or just give me a better restaurant please and thank you. Oh and btw the one time I ordered from here (about 7 months ago) the meat wasn’t fully cooked for my burger.like.how hard is it to cook a BURGER? Lol my 15 year old daughter can make a full delicious meal and not mess ANYTHING up. Why can’t 18 year olds cook a burger?

I'm giving this McDonald's five stars because of their staff. They always get my order correct and they are friendly but, more importantly, professional.

Ray Croc would be turning over in his grave if he knew what the family restaurant pricing has become - and somebody in management would get fired the same day. Too smart for your own good. Bye!

The cashier who was taking orders was very miserable, would not talk, very ignorant, what manager would have such a miserable person working on a Sunday morning at a breakfast rush. But my order was correct and the food was good. So the people preparing the food get a 5 star, but front counter is horrible.

Half of the employees are not wearing masks properly or social distancing while not having their masks over their noses.

Waited in drive thru forever 9pm, just to get cold fries and quarter pounders with half the cheese slice on side of bun instead of on the burger.and these jagoffs want $15 an hour? !? !? !? !? !
