McDonald's, Lititz PA

Whenever my kids say they want McDonald's, I cringe. Whenever I order a large fries, I get the equivalent of a medium fries in a large box. Unless I specifically say I want my fries box to be full. Our large drinks are only ever 3/4 of the way full and today I found a dead bug in the one fry box. I don't recommend this McDonald's

Was there to get toys and food and was told toys aren't sold separately but I can try another store manager and employee where rude and And inconsider would never go there

Wanted the lebron meal but some guy with a messed up beard and a bad haircut didn’t give me my toy

Went around 1pm on a Friday with a good amount of people in the drive thru and it went very quick.

Me and the boys were going through the drive through and we asked for 4 lebron james happy meals. However, we were given 4 chicken mcnugget meals and an attitude from the employees (And no lebron james toys). We are 95% sure they spit in our drinks. I am utterly disheartened by this encounter and the sheer amount of rudeness that was shown is unspeakable. Never come here.

It's been 2 weeks now and their hot mocha isn't working. They are my favorite. It seems like all the McDonald's don't have it. I have tried 2 restaurants in lancaster city 1in litiz. What's going on?

We were there tonight just for drinks, And they Had the Ty Beanie Babies With the Newest versions Jun 4th 2021, a Lady manager came over to take my order, she was holding down the drive through window which had a line around the block, she even came over inside the store and managed to take my order for two plain double cheeseburgers that I made into just double hamburgers, she was so quick, and the service was excellent, Then, there was a Guy with curly reddish hair, a manager also, Came over and I asked about the toys, My elderly Friend Loves Beanie Babies, He was so kind, I Hope You promote kindhearted people like Him, He puts a great face to your business These two fine people make this a five star experience and a ten star location please give them every promotion possible within all of McDonald’s creative employment opportunities to grow within your company I just can’t speak highly enough about this fine gentleman and his female managerial counterpart I hope you do the same amount of going that extra mile for them within your company because that’s certainly what they’re doing for your customers

It's ok average mcdonald's sometimes I stop in on my way to work and grab a bite and a latta some time it's too busy and I can't wait

Wouldn't sell breakfast 20 seconds after 11am, after waiting in line for 10 mintues. Never going back.

Great Improvements since last visit. Clean areas around service windows.
Servers all within Covid Compliance and pleasant to be served by.
Getting a bit pricey for fast food and portions are definitely appearing to be smaller
Need to pay for their new office/training bldg.in Lititz.

Definitely not the place to get a chicken sandwich from it’s just a piece of fried chicken on a bun not even with lettuce tomato and onion or pickles pretty pathetic but I guess I should expect that from a fast food place like this?

Showed up here at 12: 15 and all doors were locked and drive thru was closed! But hours said open til 1am! Some serious bs

Very pleasant eventhough dining room is empty. Takeout order is quicker to complete ordering in store
The only issue is price gouging with certain items like fish filters. One week it is two for $5, and the next week it is $4.89 each.there should be more visible signs with sale items, and McDonald's should hand out food savings certificates if an order contains four or more! Eric bernhardt

I went there this morning and got a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle in the drive through. I should of checked to make sure everything this was right, but when I got home I opened the sandwich wrapper and they gave me just to pieces of bead NOTHING els in the sandwich. This stuff really just pisses me off.

Food was fresh, and staff was very friendly. I love going to this location especially when I'm with my kids.
