Employees there have always been number one or two in philly for quick services and always hot foods Oprah should give your store and make over and person of the month incentives Been stopping in now for about twenty from be years Foods are always hot because of the highway traffic and businesses near by / Store needs a make over and expand in size

Today Wednesday night around 11: 30 pm July 15 2021 I Oder 2 double cheeseburgers two original MC chicken sandwiches and Big Mac meal everything was made so sloppy my food was cold my Big Mac had so much raw onions I had to scrape them off my sandwich horrible I will never come to this McDonald’s ever again seems like no one cares how to serve anyone like this …

No milkshakes nearly all summer. Food often is made either incorrectly or in a sloppy manner. The staff is clueless to proper customer service. Forget about asking for condiments, I rarely get my sauce for nuggets and even more rarely receive a ketchup packet or napkin for to nearly 10 to 15 dollars I spend per order. This location makes the McDonald's brand look bad and should be closed permanently.

I went to the drive through the speaker was out of order service was slow. Customer service was bad.

Visited on 8/15/21 at 9: 30pm. This McDonald's has the worst customer service. Very long wait and the food was cold!

No hair nets worn when handling food. Talking over open bags filled with food while face masks hanging down under chins

Dirty, floors are sticky you literally walk out of your shoes if they are not tied. Employees are rude. Employees just sitting around. How can you properly social distance if they are sitting where you have to order. Then you order from a kiosk and have to wait 10 minutes to pay.

This is a terrible McDonalds. Even by McDonald’s standards.one day no coffee, next day no ice? It will also take you forever to get through the drive through. I’m writing this as i wait (7 min and haven’t even ordered yet. Only one car in front of me).

My grandson loved the milkshakes and fry fries and the staff is very helpful and change his his order and patient

Just tear down the whole building! Trashy rude employees! Orders never right they give u what they want u to have

If I could give this place zero stars I would I ordered food from this place via Uber eats about 3 weeks ago and it was disgusting and atrocious. I ordered nuggets, fries, chocolate Sunday, 2 cheeseburgers and a chicken sandwich. When I received the nuggets they were extremely dry, overcooked and discolored, the ice cream you could tell was already ordered by someone else and instead of throwing it in the trash you can tell it was sitting out for some time then someone put in the refrigerator so when I got it.it took a water ice texture. I was extremely upset that I was given this and no ketchup packets included at all and of course the fries were cold. I will never order from this place ever again if I could give it zero Stars I would.
