McDonald's, Emmaus PA

First thing they put the wrong burger in the kids meal. I ask for pickle and cheese only. We get pickles cheese and ketchup. Well I had a little boy really mad. Then I get home and my chicken sandwich is burnt. And I don't live close by. So that will be my last going there. I have pictures of my sandwich.didt know how to upload them here

Don’t go here. Service was by far the worst I’ve ever received. All workers have an attitude as if they are suppose to serve you food.

They always are in a rush and never remember to put sauce in bags (even tho they charge extra for sauce)

McDonald's is my coffee and breakfast sometimes stop every day before work. Best consistent quality McDonald's coffee comes out of this location and haven't found as good anywhere else in almost 20 years around my area and the morning crew that works there are the nicest group of ladies and guys and after countless stops there they are my good friends. I take coffee and customer service serious or I won't ever go back and this location is MY McDonald's of choice.

Employees were awesome in the back drive thru window with great customer service. Food was fresh, but I did ask for a Big Mac with extra sauce and it was a little dry, but fresh so they still did great all in all. Very clean environment and the food was served quick

This what a Crispy chicken sandwich is over there. Straight nasty you might as well give me just the bun. Use to work here and the managers never cared about changing the oil fryers until the end of the day.

Slow as hell these days.it's like they don't even care anymore these days how long you sit in the drive thru. I remember when they actually tried to get food out fast

My freshly made filet of fish sandwich was hot but dark and dry. The nuggets buy one 10 count get 1 for 1 cent were not hot and they were dry and hard. I wish I could get my money back the food here was awful. The bathroom had only one working stall. 3 unmasked employees talked over my container of fries. I won't return.

Asked for Fanta orange got sweet ice tea. Asked for quater pounder meal got big Mac with 20 dried up shriveled fries hard as a rock! Busted my tooth!

I have eaten there and did drive through. It's not a bad place and they have the indoor playground if you have kids to entertain. It's pretty clean and the staff is friendly. Food is what you would expect from McDonald's. Some items are a hit while others are just ok. 8 out of 10

Place is clean, food is always good but staff is very cold, everyone always seems very stressed. Women with long hair not wearing hair nets

Yuck the iced coffee has no flavor so I called and she said the reason could be because I think the coffee could be from last night why would you serve coffee from the night before

Every time I order an Oreo McFlurry extra Oreos on top and bottom they barely ever put any extra Oreos and hardly ever actually put them on the bottom. 80% of the McFlurry is unblended vanilla ice cream no Oreos. I don’t care what they have to charge me I just want Oreos throughout. I think that’s what most people expect. Especially if you’re paying extra for more Oreos. They are always friendly here though. Maybe next time I’ll go in and try to specify even more thoroughly.

We visited on a Sunday just before noon, interior dining room area was very clean and in order.staff was friendly, courteous and efficient.drive thru line seems to move quickly.
