McDonald's, Hellertown PA

Food was good. On a scrambled egg kick and I can't stand the smell of them cooking. These are great!

The double drive thru is chaos. Today I paid 12$ for a cheeseburger and small fries. Yep my fault should have checked before I pulled away and the burger was hard and cold

As I stand here and listen to this girl behind the counter, Abby.omg what a horrible human being. All she does is curse and yell she doesn’t care about getting fired. I guess you should fire her. Her behavior is absolutely disgusting. I’ll never come back.

Not all McDonald’s are the same! The food is still McDonald’s but the service has consistently stood a head above the rest. It’s the only McDonald’s we actually like coming back to!

I love this McDonalds I come from the other side of Bethlehem because this McDonald’s is very efficient an are friendly but today I was disgusted. As a professional chef for 12 years I was disgusted in seeing what I saw. My first order was perfect my second order 1642 I ordered two apple pies an a bagel. The gentleman without wear proper gloves or washing hands before goes an grabs 6 freshly made apple pies with his hands. You NEVER touch anyone’s hot food without proper gloves or deep scrubbing your hands. That’s a serious health violation for all I know that gentleman just used the bathroom or touched his face or something with chemicals so many things he could have done before grabbing those pies. I hope the young lady I told took action because I saw it but the 5 others who might order pies won’t know they were touched with bare hands. My food was delicious tho.

Fast curbside service. DYLAN was very nice and professional. Good to see good young adults working here.

The employees here completely turned around my day. My dad has been in the hospital with a heart attack and then sepsis, and he's doing great but it's been a very stressful week. I stopped here on the way to the hospital to visit him and the employees were so helpful, sweet, and positively pleasant. They didn't even know why I was there, so it was completely genuine. Thank you for making my bad day better.

This location always provides my wife and I with top tier customer service and perfectly made fresh food. We’ve come her countless times and honestly can’t say we’ve ever had a bad experience.

Poor customer service thru the drive through too busy socializing with friends in the cat in front of me

Such poor service, at least 8 people in the back, only dedicated to working drive through items. Stood there for at least 5 minutes unacknowledged, then was finally told to use the order kiosk. I said forget it and stormed out.

The place seemed clean, but it had one of those ordering kiosks which I haven't figured out since I don't play video games.

With all these new workers, drinks don’t ever seem to be made right. I try to give them time to get things right, but when it’s as simple as extra Carmel drizzle on a frappe, it literally can’t get any easier. Just put the Carmel drizzle on the inside of the cup and on the top of the whipped cream. It’s not that hard. When it’s three or four times in a row and I go every other day or so and they don’t put extra Carmel drizzle when I ask and then double check at the window, it really tends to get me frustrated. I hate sounding like this and I hate sounding like a prissy princess but I hate to be the one to ask for a simple drink to be remade when it’s only missing Carmel drizzle.
