McDonald's, Quakertown PA

Gross and unprofessional. Dec 27 2021 stopped in for 2 quarter pounders late at night. Both of us agree, they tasted as though they drug the burger patties across their kitchen floor, and the patties themselves were ripped into pieces. Never, ever ordering any food from this McDonalds or any other McDonalds. Save your money - eat at home. This fast food joint has turned into a joke. Pathetic.

Too expensive though. You can go eat at a steak house almost as cheap. Not joking. McDonald's will not get nearly as much business from my family. Over 60 dollars for my family.

Tried to share my experience through the website but it wouldn't take my survey number. We waited about ten minutes for barely cooked fries greasy burgers no napkins for 30$ just go to the dinner across the street mich more relaxing and you don't ruin your clothes

Was just ok. Had better McDonald's here in the past. The chicken sandwich was mediocre.

The employees are friendly. I got a chicken sandwich tasted like fish. Other than that it was okay experience

I hate to complain but ive grown very tired of this McDonalds. On multiple occasions I ask for bacon on a burger in which I'm charged for but don't receive. I finally received the bacon. One strip on each burger I ordered. Not mention how under cooked one of the burgers is. Plus I'm missing my nuggets and I'm very sad about that. Constantly missing the mark and I hate how long it's taken me to finally say something and that I even have to.

Let down once again by McD's. Not a big deal, but I have the proof. It just takes a second or two to look at a screen to make sure you're giving the customer the right item.
I know times are tough with staffing, etc, but don't open if you can't guarantee that simple orders are executed correctly.
I seriously don't know why we keep going back (?)! Not ever my choice. I will leave it at that.

Would be nice to see Supplies refilled, bathroom up to date. I refused to sit down to eat my food as well.

I used the stupid machine they had, not enough selections, it was slower then just ordering at the counter, my nuggets were cold didn't seem fresh at all, and my burger was luke warm

Staff friendly and professional. The staffer who made the Mocha Frappuccino did an excellent job!

I asked if they had triple cheeseburgers which is not on the regular menu and they had it! 90% of the time they say no they don't have it other McDonald's that is and there wasn't even hesitation in the girl's voice!

I was through the drive thru a few days ago and the young man named Riley was so professional and friendly. This restaurant was fast, and on point.

When food is hot, it's great. I mean, who would serve merely warm food to lunch or dinner guests?
Stragely, the absence of WiFi is puzzling in this Internet age. Can you say, "eat & GET OUT? "

I only put one star so I can write a review they got the entire order in correct she was asking me what’s my whole order I could’ve said anything and they would’ve just handed it to us basically the food was hot but everything in our order was incorrect.

I would give it 5 stars but they always forget something. The sauce makes the nuggets and somehow they always forget it. My daughter loves McDonald's and it was one of her first words. Now she know "forgot sauces" Thanks McDonald's!

Long wait. Food prep was poor. All the toppings were on one side. More Mayo was on the container than the burger.

Next time someone orders a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit…. Try actually putting cheese on it. You’re job isn’t that hard…it’s three freakin ingredients. It’s terrible without cheese.
